Guest Reviews
Clean and comfortable rooms with partial lake view and Mountain View. Very spacious and a good variety of breakfast dishes to choose from. The location is very convenient to get around. There is a convenient store next to hotel and about 5 minutes walk will get you to a very nice chestnut biscuit/cake bakery.
Late Night duty staff perhaps can be a bit more friendly.

It was very cold inside and needing to wait for ac to heat room took a while.
Breakfast was included, good variety, but wasn't very good. The staff were incredible
I paid for the largest room, but it had no view. The only window was to an ally staring at another building.
Very good breakfast
3 star hotel but very comfortable and convenient. Room smelled great with the lemon grass smell. Will consider staying in this hotel again on future visit to Sapa.
