Fue todo perfecto, insuperable!!!
Pros:

El Hoteles una maravilla, supero mis expectativas. Y el personal es muy agradable y muy atento. La comida excelente, y la piscina arriba es un espectáculo y bar de arriba es genial!!!!
La ubicación mejores imposible!!! LLeve a mi mascota, y estuvo feliz. El Hotel es mágico. Muchas gracias

Rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Sehr reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Abendessen konnte tageweise hinzugebucht werden. Auch hier täglich wechselndes Buffet, mal spanisch, kanarisch, italienisch u.v.a.m.
Sehr gute Lage an der Uferpromenade.
Dachterrasse mit Pool.

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Das ist aber bei der Mehrheit der Hotels im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz nicht anders. Mehrere Parkhäuser in der Stadt sind gesperrt und nicht benutzbar. Beste Möglichkeit ist ein großer Parkplatz am Meer in etwa 1 km Entfernung. Bei rauher Witterung verschmutzt das Auto hier allerdings sehr stark (Mischung aus Meersalz und Staub). Angesichts der Verkehrssituation auf der Insel sollte man sich gut überlegen, ob man ein Auto für den gesamten Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer (rund 130,- € pro Fahrt, max. vier Personen). Der ÖPNV funktioniert sehr gut.

Great Hotel
Pros:

4.95 STARS....
some minor issues but not serious enough to remove a star.
There is a lot of external noise. My room overlooked the side street and in the evening the restaurant opposite closes between 11 & midnight and make an awful lot of noise in the process and in the morning around 6:30am, they're back preparing for opening. There are also a lot of people passing by having loud conversations and in the morning early deliveries to the hotel happen. I understand the hotel has no control over this but a solution would be to install soundproofing of the balcony door.
My only other concern is the combined bath and shower. I'm a small person and had difficulty climbing in and out of the bath to shower as it is very high.
What I like about the hotel is the comfort, the spaciousness of our room.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and finally the wonderful location and the friendliness of all the hardworking staff.

4 Star hotel?
Pros:

Location of hotel excellent. Rooftop swimming pool and bar super. Hotel cleanliness super. Now the negatives. Although breakfast good evening meals pretty average. Staff in restaurant from top to bottom require serious training in dealing with clients. Despite signs about taking food from restaurant this was blatantly breached without any staff intervention. I was a solo traveller and on approx ,20 per cent of occasions at meals my table was cleared when I returned from buffet Rooms were quite dated and are falling well behind other similar rated hotels. Note there is no hotel entertainment. On the sun terrace the sun loungers should be consigned to museum they were old metal where the height adjusters were mostly broken. In all seriousness what would it take to purchase a dozen new modern sun loungers! In summary hotel in my opinion living on reputation and really needs to have a serious rethink going forward

Zimmer war ok, sauber
Allerdings das Brummen einer Klimaanlage oder Lüftung von der Küche war sehr störend und raubte einem den Schlaf.
Es war meinerseits nur deshalb akzeptabel weil ich nur zwei Nächte dort verbracht habe.

Hier nie wieder, nicht zu empfehlen. Nach unserer Auffassung nur 2 Sterne.

Die Lage ist sehr schön .

Cons:

Für den Preis haben wir eine bessere Unterkunft und Service erwartet.
Nasszelle sehr beengt und Dusche unsauber. Das ganze Zimmer roch nach Toilette.

Vacaciones inmejorables
Pros:

Nos encantó todo, muy bien ubicado y sobre todo el trato del personal desde el momento en que llegamos hasta q nos hemos ido, todos muy agradables y con mi niña muy atentos, Candelaria y Juanjo en recepción, Andrea camarera en el buffet, Luis el cocinero, Mercedes ayudante de cocina, nos han hecho sentir como en casa, dándonos todo tipo de comodidades con respecto a la comida y todos en general muy resolutivos, si volvemos, de seguro q repetimos, ha sido todo un placer!!!!

Cons:

Lo único q el tele no se veía bien, pero fuimos a recepción a preguntar y de momento nos avisaron al técnico, aunq tampoco lo echamos a ver porq no pasábamos mucho tiempo en la habitación
