Good hotel hospitality good everything are natural trees are great workers are great drinks are amazing foods are wonderful. Entertainment team are great specially Mert you can enjoy with him every activites

We had a very negative experience with this hotel and it made us swear off Turkey as a holiday destination.

The hotel is old and did not have any rennovations. The room we got was musty.

The staff was very unfriendly and i caught the stuff being racist at the bar. I know a littlw bit of turkish and i caught one of them disparraging guests.

But the worst part is that on the last day, the Hotel either stole or lost our baggage. We were lucky we didnt have the passports there.

The manager was like"I dont know i dont know idont know" and thats it. No investigation, nothing.

One of the guys at the front desk was intentionally rude to Iranian guests.
Hotel is beautiful, food is okay and repetitive. Best part of this hotel is the view, some of the staff are friendly . Overall it is a good mid range hotel nothing special!!

The hotel's location, nestled between the sea and the mountains, was absolutely beautiful.

The hotel boasted a very clean private beach. In its courtyard, there was a large swimming pool for adults, a children's pool, and two water slides. Both areas allowed for swimming and sunbathing.

The hotel bar and the outdoor bar had a very limited selection of drinks, and the lack of variety was a bit bothersome.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus were pretty much the same throughout the week, with only minor changes.
You're right. Based on your description, the choices were definitely limited in terms of both drinks at the bar and food variety at meal times.
The environment was completely family-friendly, and no problems or troubles were observed.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property fell far below the expectations associated with a 5-star resort. What was presented as a premium-class stay turned out to be a serious disappointment marked by multiple service failures and misleading conditions.
1. Misrepresentation of services (Wi-Fi). The booking stated full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel. In reality, internet access was limited to the reception area and occasionally the rooms. No signal was available at the pool, restaurant, or beach — a clear breach of promised amenities and grounds for a consumer complaint.
2. Unacceptable sanitation practices. Rooms and hallways were cleaned using highly aggressive chemical agents, without any neutral cleaning solution or water. This resulted in allergic reactions among our group, including skin irritation, respiratory discomfort, and watery eyes. Such conditions are especially dangerous for children and individuals with sensitivities.
3. Pressure to pay for basic comfort. Upon check-in, we were explicitly informed that a livable room would only be available for an additional fee. The standard room provided without payment was furnished with outdated, damaged furniture and malfunctioning fixtures. This can be classified as discriminatory pricing and unethical upselling.
4. Inadequate check-out procedures. Although our airport transfer was scheduled for 10 PM, we were forced to vacate our room at 12 PM with no access to basic facilities like a shower, luggage room, or even a shaded waiting area. Such treatment of guests awaiting transport violates basic hospitality standards and common international practices.
5. Severely outdated infrastructure. The condition of the furniture and fixtures in the room was unacceptable: torn upholstery, chipped surfaces, broken outlets, and poorly maintained bathrooms. These conditions fall short even for a 3-star property, let alone a 5-star resort.
6. Constant disturbance due to noise. Loud music played daily until 1 AM or later, including during daytime hours. The lack of quiet time made both nighttime sleep and daytime rest impossible — creating a completely unrelaxing environment for families and senior travelers.

Conclusion: This hotel fails to meet the minimum requirements of a 5-star establishment, violates advertised terms, and neglects basic standards of guest safety, comfort, and hospitality. We strongly advise prospective guests to reconsider choosing this property. We sincerely hope hotel management will take responsibility and align their practices with international service standards.

P.S The photo shows that some parts of the carpet in the corridor are literally bald, presumably from the chemistry of which the floor was washed

We visited a lot of hotels,but never have I seen something this bad. I know that people don't trust words but take a look at the picture so you can convince yourself.
We arrived yesterday at 22 PM ,had dinner and got to the room. That is filthy as hell. Toilet seat you can see that it wasn't cleaned properly for years,glass from bathtub it's dirty ( wasn't washed for some time) , bathtub has marks in it so you can see it wasn't washed. Desk in the room looks like it was put together with 5kg . The light switches,you need to see the pictures so you can convince yourself honestly. The walls? I have no words. See the pictures and if you need more details let me know cause I will send you what you need.
We requested in the morning for someone to clean the room,change toilet seat etc,they came and took the towel that was on the bathroom floor and left 🤣🤣🤣
Our tour guide requested them to clean our room,change toilet seat,change bed sheets etc...still nothing.
If nothing,we will request a new room tomorrow. It seems you can request a new room only until 12 so we will have to wait until morning. We will see what horror room we will get now.
Again sleeping on our beach towels that we brought from home.
And let me tell you,we got ultra all inclusive and if you want to go to a la cart restaurant,you have to pay. If you want beach beds on the sea you have to pay 30 euros...so not worth it
While I am writing this review someone cam here to change the toilet seat. Let's see if cleaning crew will arrive after that

Food variety is great! There's a snack bar near the pool so it's great to have lunch here especially if you don't want to go to the main restaurant inside while dripping with water. The Pool and the sea are near + showers by the beach to get rid of salty water😊. Water slides are also super fun! Not too crowded. We also liked that the lifeguards weren't annoying and weren't blowing their whistles at everybody for moving a bit to the wrong side. They were chill and just made sure everybody goes down the slide safely. On the other hand, rooms need renovation😬 the reception and other public spaces are beautifully renovated, but rooms are still waiting for their turn. Another problem is beach benches. There's always a war to get one. If you come to the pool or the beach after 10 am - don't expect to get a free one. Almost all of them are occupied till dinner time. To add to that - most of visitors in this hotel are russians. I noticed that even staff prefers to speak russian language, so we felt a bit discriminated that english language here is rather not a wanted one to speak. Some staff members (from SPA and photographers especially) are very annoying and will beg you to use their services. They're walking round all teritorry and catching potential visitors. Also, if you want a silent and calm holiday - avoid this hotel. Loud music is played at the pool from morning till 1 am. You really can't hide from it, so if you want more silence - I don't recommend getting a room with a sea view. But if you like to party and have fun - Perre la Mer is a great choice!
P.S outside the hotel there's a street with lots of supermarkets. But people who work there are also super annoying and will do anything for you to purchase something from them.

I would give a fare rate as a 3 star hotel. Food is ok some dinners was even good , but entertainment is pretty poor , hotel rooms are outdated , music quality( one soundbox for the entire pool area is so loud and didn’t sound good at all ) dj list is extremely bad and outdated

We enjoyed our stay. The garden/swimming pools/area of hotel are beautiful. There is a playground for children, kids pool, and waterslides. Service and attitude are excellent, all guests are treated with love and respect. There is shopping area right outside of hotel, as well as many shops on the territory. This is an all-inclusive hotel where food is available all-day round: breakfast, midday snacks, lunch, dinner - hard to resist. Alcohol is free except for midnight-10 am. The hotel staff speaks Turkish, English, and Russian. The rooms are a bit out-dated, but it did not bother me. The sea was warm, the shore is of stones (no sand) and I bought swimming slippers, although it is also healthy to walk on stone. Spa in hotel is great - I enjoyed massages and had a very nice haircut done. Sauna and Turkish bath are free to use too. There are plenty of free activities everyday. I enjoyed yoga, Zumba, water aerobics; evening shows at 9.30 pm. There is also darts, disco, other activities. Overall, it is a great resort, and good for families and young people alike. The tours are available to Antalya. To get to and from airport, I took Uber and paid 63 USD one way. Car rentals were also available.

Ms cansel is so imazing ,funny and kind , most people in hotel are Russian and hotels food are good , hotel has sea view and bar in the pool and it’s nearby Kemer you can go Kemer with35 Turkish lira and enjoy your travel .its a good hotel and has imazing show demonstrations

This hotel is a very good hotel, it has many dancers and they are very kind and hospitable. I sat down with their dancers and asked them. Their name is Cansel in Turkish. He is very kind and a very good athlete. The food in this hotel was very delicious. The view is very beautiful. I will return to this hotel again in the coming years and wish the staff all the best.

The hotel is truly amazing, the rooms are comfy, the beds are fluffy and soft, the bathrooms smell like perfume and are also cleaned often. The animation team is super sweet and the DJ does a great job with the songs. The hotel is truly beautiful from the inside and outside,I have never seen a hotel as clean and welcoming. The shows that happen every night are very interesting and sometimes very funny which only adds to how much I love this place. The pool has amazing water and the sea is crystal clear that also has a platform to jump off of. The hotel hosts disco parties every night which are nothing but wonderful. The staff is also very respectful and helpful for anything and everything.
