Toplocatie met uitstekende prijs- kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen in centrum, maar rustig en mooi uitzicht op haven in ontbijtzaal en lobby. Overal dichtbij op loopafstand en anders ov op 5 minuten lopen.

Basic, maar smaakvol, modern ingericht en heel proper. Prima ontbijt.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, pro aktief personeel.

We kregen, na aangegeven te hebben bij het boeken, keurig een fijne rustige kamer op het eind van de gang. Heerlijk rustig verblijf, goed geïsoleerd van buiten.

Top: Wij kregen griep, maar meteen een kacheltje extra, hulp met sjouwen bagage, extra kopje verse gemberthee in ontbijt zaal.

Cons:

Het mag geen naam hebben, maar het nachtkastje liep rond af, waardoor spullen er afglijden.

Perfect. I would recommend it to anyone!
Pros:

The location is great, everything is easily accessible. The view from the 7th floor was wonderful.
The breakfast food was delicious and there was a wide selection.

A nice break helped by the fact that I had a lovely, clean hotel room.
Pros:

I asked if my room had a view of the city and was then upgraded to a room with a city view. So I am very grateful to the two young ladies at reception for doing this for me.

Vom Hotel aus ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erlaufen

Cons:

Kein eigenes Parkhaus und das Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet ein Vermögen, wie leider so oft in Holland.

A Pleasant Stay in an Excellent Location
Pros:

A nice hotel in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included, but the surrounding area offered plenty of good alternatives. The room was average in size, with fittings exactly what you’d expect for this type of hotel. Although my room was directly opposite the lift, I didn’t hear any noise at all during my stay. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower worked well.

My only real negative was the lack of tea/coffee and ironing facilities in the room. I tried calling reception, but the phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs. I was given everything there and had to carry it all back up to my room. When I asked why there wasn’t enough tea equipment, I was told there weren’t enough for all rooms—which did make me wonder why more hadn’t been provided. The hotel also didn’t have milk, so I had to use creamer.

That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again—next time I’ll just bring my own milk sachets. I appreciate this is a minor issue in the context of the overall stay, but in my opinion, it’s the little things that allows a hotel to get a 5-star reviews.

Het verblijf was eenvoudig. De bedden slecht. Wel schoon. Ontbijt redelijk, de kaas was voor een deel uitgedroogd. Scrabbled egg niet lekker. De pain chocola 2e lading goed.
