attent personeel, centrale ligging en schoon
Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und waren darauf angewiesen, das Auto in den Nähe unterbringen zu können. Gleich neben dem Hotel ist die Einfahrt zu Red Apple Parking, was für uns perfekt war. Auch die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut, in ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, dass man Tücher zusätzlich bestellen muss ist natürlich ihre Geschäftspolitik, entspricht aber nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Da haben wir uns aber zu wenig im Vorfeld darüber informiert. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Proximo ao mercado e a estaçao de trem. Quarto com bom tamanho e confortavel , estava tudo limpo, nos disponibilizaram ferro de passar roupas. Estava com bom preço comparado a outras estadias proximas em Rotterdam. Optamos pela reserva sem café da manha.
Achei a cobrança doa lockers para deixar a bagagem um pouco excessiva. Chegamos antes do check in e como o quarto nao estava disponivel tivemos que pagar 3 euros/hora para deixar as malas no hotel enquanto aguardavamos o horario de fazer o check in. Foi a primeira vez que vimos esse tipo de cobrança. Ate o guarda chuva do hotel eles cobram para usar, acredito que podiam estar inclusivos esse tipo de serviço.
