Stayed here for work purposes and it served its purpose very well. Room was neat, bed comfortable and aircond worked perfectly. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff handled guests efficiently. Wouldn’t mind staying here again for my next trip.

I appreciate how well kept the hotel is. Everything looked tidy and organised. Room was comfortable and suitable for a good rest. Staff were respectful and friendly. Simple stay but very pleasant overall.

Great Last Minute decision
Booked this hotel last minute and it turned out to be a really good decision. Everything felt smooth and easy. The room was clean, lighting nice, and the environment was calm. Staff were polite and attentive without being overbearing. Location pun memang senang nak ke mana-mana.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences l’ve had in Johor Bahru. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcomed. Semua staff peramah, professional dan cepat membantu. Room sangat bersih, kemas dan selesa, tidur pun lena. Breakfast was suprisingly good with tasty local dishes. Location memang perfect, depan mall and banyak tempat makan. I will 100% come back again.

The communication between your staff especially the front desk is lacking.
Pros:

I made a complain regarding the room air-con. It was blowing directly on my head and I couldn't sleep the whole night. Your staff changed the room without fuss. I am grateful.

Cons:

I tried to extend for another night's stay. Unknown to me, my secretary paid for the extended night online. 2 days later, your reception asked me to pay again, I settled with credit card. Then I found out that it was a double payment for the same room. I was informed that the refund will take some time.
