Hotel Granada Johor Bahru is a comfortable 4-star hotel in Bukit Indah, directly opposite AEON Mall, with buffet breakfast included and clean, practical rooms suitable for a short JB getaway. The biggest advantage is the location near AEON Bukit Indah and plenty of eateries.
Nothing major to complain about; overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The staff are friendly.
Very old bed & it's low. The towels are not washed properly. The Iron is stained.
The nearness to aeon n massage places
The receptionist took my credit card for a rm100 and then later told me it would be refunded 2 weeks later. Had I paid cash it would hv been immediate refund. I asked her why she didn't explain earlier. She said her job is to explain later. For every question I asked, she ran in to get the answer from her manager and it took 10 minutes. I asked her 4 questions and wasted 40 minutes of my time. The bed in booking . Com was large sized but it was just a queen sized bed. What a misrepresentation!!!

Actually i didn't want the breakfast but all packages includes breakfast. I hope that in future, there are options without breakfast.

They lost my luggage bag .. they said customer wrongly took and don’t have courtesy to arrange to send back to me .
The receptionists were TERRIBLE. Not at all friendly and they give different messages. They need to follow proper procedures and be more POLITE
