prima verblijf, behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Goede locatie, er werd flexibel omgegaan met ons gewijzigde programma, behulpzaam personeel. Kamer groot maar kaal en niet erg gezellig maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Fijn dat er 2 aparte kamers waren. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Hotel is wat gedateerd maar geen reden om niet een volgende keer te boeken.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel that actually has apartments. Everything you need inc an iron and fridge freezer. Fab breakfast with a great selection and central enough

A wonderful hotel
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was near the train station.When we arrived we were upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable suite . Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful room . I particularly like being able to iron my clothes and enjoy a nice bath. The breakfast was very good and we also had dinner there . The food was very good. They organised a taxi to transport us to the station in the morning. Everything was perfect

Great location, business-friendly stay, and outstanding support from Ms. Thao Van
Pros:

We stayed at Emm Hotel Saigon for a business trip with our company team, and overall it was a very positive experience.

What truly stood out was the support from Ms. Thao Van. From before our arrival through the entire stay, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. We had quite a few requests related to a group business trip: room arrangements, timing, small but specific logistics and she handled everything quickly and thoughtfully. You can really feel that she genuinely cares about guests, not just doing her job but making sure things go smoothly. That level of support made a big difference for our team.

The location is excellent, especially for business travelers. It’s convenient to get around the city, meet partners, and access nearby services without wasting time on long commutes.

The rooms are suitable for company groups - clean, comfortable.

Overall, a reliable, well-located hotel with truly caring staff. We would happily stay here again for future company trips.

Pros:

It is centrally located,less than 30min from the airport, but less noisy than average as Pasteur at that level is not very busy
The place is best for walking
The room was very spacious - we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and big kitchen
Nice breakfast selection

Decent value for money

Very good seafood restaurant on the corner of Pasteur and Dien Bien Phu

Cons:

The room was reaking of stale cigarette smoke. That is a problem with palces that allow smoking...
