The location was not far from everything but still close enough to get to places
The room was a little dated and needs some love. Simple things like a mirror would have been great. The air con is facing directly in your face which is not great

The hotel is gorgeous and has a wonderful selection of food for breakfast. The all day menu seemed really nice too but we did not have enough time to try it all.
The room we got was not big and our city view was relegated to a small window but the room itself is clean and seemingly nicely furnished with a big open bathroom. The bed was really big and comfy which made it very easy to fall asleep into!
The amenities were as complete as advertised. Very well fitted gym and jacuzzi on the rooftop. The bar was also properly stacked. The dining area seemed clean and tidy with heaps of room for movement even on busy mornings. The lobby was aesthetically pleasing and nice to rest while waiting for your Grab or after a long day of walking.
The area around the hotel is quite bare in terms of things to do and look at but that is part of why we chose this place. Serenity is needed after hearing honking and yelling all day from the markets. It is also very close to the main CBD and airport so nothing is sacrificed in terms of travel distance if you're a tourist who just wants to enjoy HCM's busy streets.
The room was smaller than advertised but that may be because we chose the room with the city views. Although it was neat and tidy, it made unpacking a bit more cramped than usual.

Staff are wonderful special young male staff name is Nhân, he was very helpful and polite during the time we stayed at this hotel. He is a perfect example of hospitality with a constant smile.
Staff were helpful and cleaning reliable. Breakfast was good and varied every few days. Good value for money. Checkout was super helpful. Stored our bags for pick up before flight with option to use showers before leaving for airport.

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel! This is my second time booking with them, and I’m just as happy with my experience as the first time. Everything was great, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. I’ll continue choosing this hotel for my future stays!

There appears to be a slight odor of humidity in the room, which may be originating from the air conditioner.

Le lit assez rigide, les oreillers trop mous.. mauvaise aération salle de bain donc tout restait humide surtout que la douche n'est pas séparé des wc donc on en met partout.. le sol de la douche n'est pas en pente donc rien ne s'ecoulait
Det var rent och fina lokaler. Personalen var jätte trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var god och varierande varje dag. Gymmet var bra. Det fanns också en jacuzzi på takvåningen med fin utsikt!
