Pros:

The hotel was nice the staff was friendly the only issue we had was food they had limited menu and our stay was for two weeks and second week was very boring because we ate the same food over and over again overall was good hotel

Fint hotell men dålig service
Pros:

Detta hotell är i grunden mycket fint med fina pooler, fint rum och fina stora gemensamma ytor. Dock var servicen urusel, maten smaklös och variationen minimal, wi-fi som bara fungerade ibland och då bara i lobbyn samt städning som inte gjordes. Underhållning fanns inte. Den fria transporten in till Alanya var indragen för säsongen. Receptionspersonalen var oengagerad och inte hjälpsam.
Detta var slutet på säsongen med väldigt få gäster. Det kändes som om man nästan redan stängt. Dock måste man hålla den nivån som man säger sig ha om man bestämmer sig för att ha öppet och ta emot gäster.

Pros:

I give 3 stars to this hotel not even 4 .. First 2 hours in reception waiting to check our booking and gave us a room like prison coz our room was other people had it by mistake .. no one at all speak English in the hotel .. reception personal was very bad attitude with the tourists .. the pool some times was dirty from the children's and no one come to clean it ..No Wifi in the Rooms .. just Russian and German tourist was there .

My advice neverv ever think to book with them ..

herşeyi ile beş para etmez. odaya bir haftada 1 kere uğradılar. Açık büfe çok zayıf fakir Ruslar saldirip talan ediyorlar zaten servis iğrenç garsonlarin tek işi ruslara asılmaj ulen boş tabağı alin bari. paraniza yazık direkt çöp e atin parayı daha iyi canınız sıkılmaz en azindan. düşmanımi göndermem buraya
