Pros:

Excelente en todos los sentidos
Fui dos días de viaje, me bajé en la terminal de tren y a través de un barco público pude llegar al hotel,caminé poco. Desde el hotel queda cerca todo, la ubicación es la mejor, habitación es enorme, la ducha excelente
El desayuno muy rico, variado, la camarera muy simpática y amable al igual que el recepcionista
Estoy muy agradecida

Un hotel lbun cu un minus pe căldură și respectarea camerei rezervate
Pros:

Locația aproape de Campo San Zaccaria și Piazza San Marco. Grădina este superbă. Hotelul principal arată foarte interesant cu o sală de mic dejun destul de spațioasă.Camera a fost mare, curata și cu dotări ok. Micul dejun a fost calitativ lipsind poate doar omleta pentru cei care nu vor ouă fierte.

Cons:

Fiind camera 3 din anexa darul de mare ar fi trebuit că încălzirea centralizată să meargă mai mult de 5 minute pe oră cum era setată pentru a încălzi pereții expuși către exteriori În duș nu era lumina și era frig și unezeala. Alternativa era cadă din mijlocul baii. Am primit o triplă standard în anexa în locul camerei duble superioare plătite iar recepția nu a vrut să recunoască că a gtesit. Am făcut frigul toată noaptea pentru că încălzirea făcea mai mult zgomot decât căldură timp de 5 minute pe oră și atat Degeaba am vorbit cu recepția

Pros:

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Venice! Great location, good breakfast. There is also a nice garden. Easy to find the hotel and explore the city from here. Fantastic and caring staff, they gave me good ideas and tips. The room was big and comfortable. Everything was great and I hope to be back again soon!

Un hôtel romantique pour une escapade à deux ❤️
Pros:

L’accueil est remarquable, les personnes qui nous ont reçus sont souriantes, aimables et réellement à l’écoute . L’emplacement est top pour visiter Venise sans être au cœur de la foule, avec des trattoria et commerces à proximité . Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner, varié, copieux et avec des pâtisseries italiennes. Le cadre de l’hôtel est charmant, en particulier le petit jardin sur l’arrière. Enfin, les équipements dans les chambres sont appréciables (prises, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, petit nécessaire de toilette ..)

Cons:

La première nuit dans la chambre au dernier étage… la hauteur sous plafond nous a semblé un peu basse mais heureusement on nous a proposé une autre chambre qui était très bien.

The property is absolutely perfect. The room size was excellent for Venice. The staff were also very good. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. The price is also good. I would definitely choose it again if I come back.

Pros:

Personnel super gentil, à l’accueil comme au petit déjeuner
On a été super bien accueillis, petit déjeuner très bon avec plusieurs choix, jambons, fromages, tartes, croissants, granola, pains confiture Nutella etc. Il y avait vraiment de quoi faire, gros coup de cœur sur les pancakes. Jus d’orange peut-être à revoir mais il y a pomme et pêche très bons.
Chambre très propre et confortable

Cons:

Rajouter des cintres dans l’armoire peut-être
Mettre une pancarte pour que si on ne veut pas que la femme de ménage passe tout de suite on puisse le mettre sur notre porte, ce n’est pas grave et ça peu arriver mais elle est rentrée pendant qu’on dormait
Attention à l’écoulement de la douche qui peut être un peu long
