Pros:

I liked the view, the breakfast choices and the fact that they had a good way of keeping the environment green with less cleaning by rewarding the customers if they only require minimal cleaning of the room

Cons:

The fact that I booked a room with carpark and spa access and they insisted that I didn't even though I was able to show proof of my payment and confirmation. They even told me to take it up with Booking.com which their reservation finally did and confirmed my booking was correct...the situation was resolved only 1 1/2 hrs later on my insistence which left me with a bad impression. However, they made up for the negative experience with my good experience for the 3 nights stay there.

感謝upgrade 了向海的房間，房間大，個view超靚，員工很細心4人入住，已舖好額外兩張床。早餐ok, 唔選十分多種類，但有選擇。另外，溫泉和室內泳池超正，雖然冬天去唔到沙灘游水，但個海景係無敵

Lovely stay would have been excellent if facilities could be used or it is limiting for guests.
Pros:

Wonderful stay, a lovely respite from a busy city trip, spacious rooms and professional staff in a beautiful setting
- the best buffet we all commented on the food. Pity guests could not use pools or sea area for swimming as it was hot , maybe they should rethink that seasonal swimming is closed. Even if only the pool.

Cons:

Swimming in resort pool should be available to guests all year round otherwise facilities are limited.
