The Peri Hotel Khao Yai

With only 2.5 hour drive, this hotel is a perfect getaway from the hustle of Bangkok. The design of the lobby is modern and the reception staff were friendly and spoke English well. A gentleman took us to our rooms with a golf cart and helped with our luggage.

We stayed in the studio suite and the room was spacious. The bathroom was surprisingly large but the water pressure in the shower was low and the water drainage was slow. The bed was comfortable. Ample water bottles were provided. The heated water in the dipping pool was an added touch of luxury and thoughtfulness. The mountain views were amazing and relaxing. Note that the hotel is close to the main road, so you can see and hear cars passing by during the day.

The facilities were up to standards. Although it is small, the gym had the necessary equipment. The swimming pool was OK, but it is mainly for families with kids (no more than .87M high). The breakfast was adequate with both Thai and Western food. We had dinner at the Chow Barn restaurant and the food was tasty (mainly Thai). A stroll around the hotel property was a nice way to end the day.

It would have been even better if there is a restaurant or a cafe that served coffee and snacks in between meal times.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks to its location, ambience, friendly service, amenities and value for money.

I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot.

Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing.

The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans.

On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays.

The food was soooo goodddddd and tasty yummy I love it the place was so nice feel comfortable i recommend fried chicken and papaya salad was really good 👍nice view🤗 the water and the waitress are also nice warm welcome and friendly i like it a lot

The hotel location was located in a quite convenient, nearly cafe and restaurant. All staff are friendly care and helpful. Room was clean and functional. I also visit Chao Baan restaurant, serving a lot of street food menu but good taste and reasonable prices. This is our second visit and surely that I would visit your place aging.

Was kind of looking forward to the resort judging from the photos posted but left a little let down because the overall impression is good but the room is a little small. Facilities looked worn out and paints are peeling off.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and is very impressed with the set up of the lobby area. However when we arrived in the room, it looked nothing like what the lobby made it to be liked which the rooms are dated and lack of maintenance. Water pressure in shower is low and is those whereby you need the mixing of cold and hot.

The set up of the breakfast area is nice but with limited choices. The breakfast area overlooked a nice pond area and beyond the swimming pool which is small and since it is in a garden set up , you get lots of fallen leaves into the pool and underneath you can see it lack maintenance.

Service is attentive and if they made an effort to refurbished it, it would be a wonderful environment .

My family booked 5 Superior Garden View rooms. All of us were truly disappointed. Rooms have very strong smells of mould. Cleanliness was poor. Dare not use their clothes hanger and kettle. Breakfast was also limited. Hotel still using keys instead of cards.

Room is adequately spacious. Bed is comfortable and pillow is of the right density which allows for a good night's sleep. Door requires key to manually lock. Our door does not lock from the inside so we had to use the ledge to 'lock' it when in the room. There is also a balcony attached to the room but we didn't use it.
Breakfast was sumptuous. There is no spa facilities in Peri Hotel. Had to go to another nearby hotel to enjoy spa.
In Khao Yai, you need a car to get from place to place. Otherwise, need to ask hotel to help you book a car to travel around as all the places are not within walking distance. Hotel staff are really friendly and will assist you to the best of their abilities.

The Peri Hotel Khao Yai was excellent! The location is perfect - it's situated in a quiet, mountain setting with beautiful views, and it's a very short drive to the Khao Yai park entrance. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options.

Had some really nice food here two nights in a row and the playlist is really great🤣 highly recommend! Stunning views and friendly staff! We came with our niece and had a great time! The views are amazing and the food is cheap for the area and there’s loads of options!

Staffs are very helpful, thanks to khun Davi and the receptionists we met on arrival and the driver for taking a good care of us. Overall was nice but should have more waste bin around the area as we bring our doggies with but couldn't find it anywhere so we have to bring the poopies back in the room 🥲

The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type.

Hotel looks nice. However, we were disappointed that the "kids club" were just an empty room with no kids club staff. The gym was also empty and no one was manning it (guess they assumed you can switch on the lights and air-conditioning and do your own work-out). Saw a guy running outside instead of in the gym, so it wasn't just our experience. The swimming pool water was very cold even on a sunny day, pool was alright. On closer look, I noticed that there was small spiders on some of the pool towels (suggestion to probably need to cover the clean towels in wraps).

Overall, hotel was quiet and nice if you need a quiet environment.

Wonderful hotel.

Well located, close to everything when you have your own transportation. Perfect service aside from the small thing at breakfast. 30 mins after the supposed opening they still had not put out any food for breakfast.

Rooms, although small are perfect. The balcony is wonderful when you come back at night
