Good thing this stay was about family because a business trip would’ve worked out for me.
Pros:

Was not aware of times for breakfast so we did not make it by 10:30 am to eat.

Cons:

There was little to no assistance in parking, elevators, newsletters for local businesses. The elevators required the use of the room key card. We thought something was wrong with the elevators so we jumped back and forth until another guest used his room key to go to his room. This occurred a few feet from front desk. The parking was the worst. Upon arrival my family drove in circles in and out of the parking deck that had a 18 wheeler down there blocking the unknown path upon our arrival. I had to ask the front desk about parking and she gave me a ultimatum of parking and paying +$30 every time I left and returned or pay them +$60 for Valet and I would have the ability to have my personal vehicle parked down there and brought to me every time I left & returned for no reoccurring charge. I chose to pay for self parking and was only charged $8/hr and a max rate of $35 to stay longer than 3 hrs. I paid for a kitchenette and received a regular room. There was a fridge that kept cool by the freezer working and a microwave. We had to google everything, there wasn’t any local brochures in the room. I was unable to use my personal internet. SOS ONLY. The block on internet was so bad I had to drive a block past the garage to gain access to my navigation. So we had to circle the block every-time we left the hotel. Other parking garages had no problem internal or even close within the 10 block radius.

Amazing stay at Hyatt House
Pros:

The room was sparkling clean!
I loved the amazing bathroom and the mini kitchen set-up. Really convenient ✔️
I will definitely stay again. The customer service was on point too.

Cons:

The fact that a scammer used their photos on Airbnb and I was debitted so I had to quickly re-book at the premises.
Thankfully, they had a room available.
The assistance given me was super.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Die angebliche Kochnische entsprach leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keinerlei Kochutensilien, keine Spüle und kein Kochfeld. Zur Ausstattung gehörten lediglich eine Mikrowelle, ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das ist für mich keine Kochnische, sondern lediglich die übliche Ausstattung eines normalen Hotelzimmers. Die Beschreibung ist daher irreführend.

There was poop smeared on the shower curtain. Staff was notified and asked to clean it but nothing was done about it.
