Amazing hotel
Pros:

Excellent customer service characterized by very helpful and friendly staff, especially Elbe, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Good breakfast

Pros:

The staff was really awesome and they know how to make you feel like family. Elbe is really funny and she is a good front desk person. Definitely good sight to see.

Not Impressed
Pros:

The room was decent and clean; however I was displeased with the location. This hotel is advertised as having "subway access" to FedEx Field; however, it requires several train changes and more than a mile walk from the train to the stadium. When I called the hotel, I was told that the train has direct access to the field. Huge disappointment, as I had to spend roughly $150 for Uber to and from my event.

Cons:

I didn't like being mislead about the distance to the stadium and alleged "subway access."

- Personale al front office completamente incompetente ed impreparato: ci hanno addebitato il costo del soggiorno due volte e non hanno sbloccato il security deposit adducendo che non avevano ricevuto il pagamento da Booking.com, 8 telefonate al Customer Care Hyatt per rivedere i soldi… No comment

The floor under the beds was filthy, as was the floor behind the toilet. The filter for the AC unit had a layer of dirt on it that was pretty gross, and disconcerting.

Comfortable and convenient with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and were the best part of our stay. The location is very conveniently located near the conference center and a variety of food options. The pullout couch was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

There was a weird light that was always on in the rooms and had to be turned off by unplugging it from behind the fridge. This is very poor design as most people find it hard to sleep in a lit room. Please fix this and the hotel will be 10/10.
