The staff was really awesome and they know how to make you feel like family. Elbe is really funny and she is a good front desk person. Definitely good sight to see.
I stayed as a military member assigned to the area and it was great! The housekeepers and bartender was amazing!!!

The room was decent and clean; however I was displeased with the location. This hotel is advertised as having "subway access" to FedEx Field; however, it requires several train changes and more than a mile walk from the train to the stadium. When I called the hotel, I was told that the train has direct access to the field. Huge disappointment, as I had to spend roughly $150 for Uber to and from my event.
I didn't like being mislead about the distance to the stadium and alleged "subway access."

The amenities and location were great
The floor under the beds was filthy, as was the floor behind the toilet. The filter for the AC unit had a layer of dirt on it that was pretty gross, and disconcerting.
The staff were very helpful and were the best part of our stay. The location is very conveniently located near the conference center and a variety of food options. The pullout couch was very comfortable as well.
There was a weird light that was always on in the rooms and had to be turned off by unplugging it from behind the fridge. This is very poor design as most people find it hard to sleep in a lit room. Please fix this and the hotel will be 10/10.
