Cons:

Remontée eau et odeurs. Évacuation d'eau parfois difficile. Certainement dues aux travaux devant l'hôtel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die strandvilla war groß

Cons:

Leider war es mit dem Frühstück nicht gut. Man sollte al carte haben und bekommt eine Karte vom Nachbar Restaurant und es darf man sich was aussuchen und das wenn man langer da ist eintönig wird.

Efficient staff,
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned in Bangrak, close to all services. The staff are efficient and will resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. I would honestly have no issues staying here again.

Cons:

I had an issue on the first night with the room. This was quickly resolved by the very efficient staff. There is nothing to dislike about my stay. All down to the good staff. The pool is fantastic with great views across to Koh Phangan. The pool bar was great again with great staff.

fine for a 1 night stay
Pros:

front desk service and everyone we went past within the resort were very friendly and lovely. common areas kept really clean. lots of greenery and water fountains which is nice. able to walk from the Bangrak pier and easy Grab to the airport. good pool.

Cons:

really disliked the area - not the hotels fault of course! and walking past a window where you view the ppl eating in Macca's is very strange... again, not the hotels fault.

the bed was really noisy every time you moved, there were a lot of mosquitoes/flying bugs inside that could get through the various gaps in windows and doors. it didn't feel like value for money.

Calidad precio excelente. Merece la pena.
Pros:

La zona de la piscina es espectacular. La atención muy buena y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y había bastante ruido del tráfico y demás. El aire acondicionado también hacia un poco de ruido pero nada muy significativo

שהיתי במלון לשינת לילה לפני מעבורת. המלון קרוב בהליכה לכל מעבורת שיוצאת לקופנגן. צוות , מיקום וחדר בהחלט נוחים ומספקים לשהיית לילה. ארוחת בוקר תאילנדית היתה במסעדה ליד המלון. המלון אסף אותי משדה התעופה ללא עלות ובתאום מראש. תודה לכם

ארוחת הבוקר לא כל כך מתאימה למי שמצפה למשהו אירופאי אבל זה מובן.

Pros:

There was a bit of confusion at the start with upgrades. We booked a balcony room but were told we were upgraded to a ground floor room, which was very dark. When we queried this, staff went out of their way to upgrade us again to a lovely suite- thank you!
Suite was spacious and light with a cute balcony. Pool was lovely and it was nice to sit on the bean bags with a view of the sea with a drink. Breakfast is offside and a café 1 min walk away. Was very nice!

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like but it is worth noting a McDonalds is next door / seating area is built into the central back courtyard. It is done tastefully but you do walk past diners on the way to room/ pool. A bit random but not a big issue!
