The member staff are exceptional and affordable.I had an amazing time at Quality Beach Resorts and Spa in Phuket! The location is perfect — just steps away from Patong Beach, with easy access to the sand, sea, restaurants, and nightlife on Bangla Road, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing.
The resort has a beautiful traditional Thai design with a lovely swimming pool area that’s great for lounging. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the spa is a nice bonus for some extra relaxation. Overall, it’s a great 4-star choice if you want a mix of beach vibes, convenience, and tranquility.
Highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

Perfect hotel. A quiet gem in the center of Patong's noise. A short walk from Bangla Road and the beach. Very cute pool, but it's important to note that it's shaded almost all day. Nice breakfast and overall great value for money.

Cons:

Need to be a little more careful about cleaning the breakfast area (we saw a few ants on the serving trays).

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to Phuket. 2 in Patong & 1 in Old town. This accommodation was the best. We initially booked a room at 3d level. Once we stepped in hotel for check in, we saw the rooms next to the pool with direct access to swimming pool. With a fair amount, we topped up & upgraded our room to one of those & it definitely worth the price. I definitely will stay in this hotel again. Also the location was really great. Next to the beautiful beach & easy access to Patong centre.

A secret garden, a little oasis ✨️
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at this resort in Phuket. The overall experience was enjoyable, and the property itself was well-maintained and relaxing.
The staff were friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any questions or requests we had during our stay, which we really appreciated. Their service definitely added to the positive experience.
One small downside was when we asked about a discount that had been mentioned through Booking.com—there seemed to be some confusion, and the staff weren’t very familiar with it. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did take a bit of extra time to sort out.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return in the future.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like—nothing significant enough to mention.
