A lush, green oasis in a concrete jungle
Pros:

Everything! Completely exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful setting in quite an ugly town; I wasn't overly fond of Patong but this little oasis was a lush, green, relaxing space in loud, busy town! My room was spacious, had everything I needed and a cute terrace that lead on to the beautiful pool/bar area. Staff were all lovely and professional. Everything felt safe and secure. Breakfast was big and delicious. Well equipped gym with pretty view and excellent sauna and steam rooms - all very clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend this place enough :)

Ein traumhaftes Hotel, in dem es an nichts fehlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist außergewöhnlich groß. Man könnte es auch auch Brunch bezeichnen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an warmen, und kalten Speisen, verschiedene Brotsorten sowie Brötchen, eine große Obstauswahl bis hin zu einer Dessertvariation. Die warmen Speisen wechseln täglich, es ist aber immer etwas interessantes dabei.

Das Hotel verfügt sogar über eine Trockensauna sowie eine Dampfsauna, was in Thailand schon sehr selten ist.

Der Pool befindet sich innerhalb der Anlage, deswegen ist er nicht wie bei den meisten Hotels in der prallen Sonne, sondern stattdessen zu großen Teilen unter Palmen, was aber sehr angenehm ist. Alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben einen direkten Zugang aus dem Zimmer zum Pool. Die Poolbar wird komplett vom Pool umschlossen.

Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind typisch thailändisch eingerichtet. Alles nötige bis hin zum Regenschirm ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

Das Hotel befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, es liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Zum Zentrum von Patong Beach sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss, man erreicht alles (Shopping, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltung, Restaurants, Bars usw.) schnell und ohne Taxis oder Tuktuks.

Would definitely rebook this hotel and stay in a pool access room
Pros:

The amazing and welcoming staff.. the pool was amazing, especially with the pool access room. Room was spacious and always kept clean.

Cons:

The only thing that I found extremely annoying and frustrating was with our pool access room, the other guests kept using our private sitting area and jumping and splashing, wetting everything.

I think they need to advise other guests when they are checking in, that these are private pool access room space, or if they are, be proactive in ensuring they are not going in there. Some guests were very ignorant and were refusing to move when we asked.

Exceptional 4* hotel and breakfast
Pros:

The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve been coming here for years. This is a high-quality 4 star hotel with impeccable attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, set back a bit from the main beach road, and close to the centre. I can’t really think of anything they could do better, which is unusual for me!

Pros:

Tout était parfait. A commencer par l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel , ils étaient tous au petit soin avec moi, j'ai adoré la surprise que le personnel a fait le matin du jour de mon anniversaire , je n'oublierai jamais.
Sinon la chambre était très propre, très bien équipée , du haut standing. Emplacement parfait, au calme qu'on est en plein centre à 50m de la mer.Le petit déjeuner était sublime.

Da evitare assolutamente!!!
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti migliori: centrale ma abbastanza defilata dal caos, a circa 300-400 metri dalle vie principali. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono molti negozi e diversi buoni ristoranti.

Cons:

Esperienza pessima. Sinceramente faccio fatica a capire come una struttura del genere possa presentarsi come un resort di buon livello.

La colazione era davvero scadente: frutta completamente senza sapore, croissant e prodotti da forno che sembravano vecchi e tutt’altro che freschi. Qualità generale molto bassa.

Il problema peggiore, però, è stato l’odore di muffa. Abbiamo cambiato camera DUE volte e in tutte era presente lo stesso forte odore. Non si trattava quindi del problema di una singola stanza: la sensazione di umidità e muffa era evidente anche in altre parti dell’hotel. Trovo assurdo dover cambiare camera più volte durante una vacanza per ritrovarsi sempre con lo stesso problema.

Il trattamento ricevuto dallo staff ha peggiorato ulteriormente la situazione. Quando abbiamo fatto entrare una ragazza in camera per un massaggio, ci sono stati chiesti improvvisamente 1.000 baht. Nessuno, al momento del check-in, ci aveva spiegato chiaramente questa regola. Quando abbiamo contestato la richiesta, invece di cercare di gestire la situazione con professionalità, la manager ha avuto un atteggiamento che abbiamo trovato arrogante, sgarbato e assolutamente poco adatto a chi dovrebbe occuparsi dei clienti.

In diversi pomeriggi siamo stati inoltre chiamati al telefono in camera soltanto per chiederci se fosse tutto a posto, arrivando persino a svegliarci mentre stavamo dormendo. Trovo questo comportamento assurdo e invasivo: un hotel dovrebbe garantire tranquillità e privacy, non disturbare i clienti durante il riposo senza alcun motivo urgente.

Il finale è stato quasi surreale. Al check-out ci hanno richiesto indietro una semplice sacca per i panni sporchi, dicendoci che, se non l’avessimo restituita, ci avrebbero addebitato 650 baht. Una cifra che considero semplicemente ridicola per un oggetto del genere.

L’unica vera nota positiva è la posizione.
