Comfortable location for beauty fair , clean and good sized room.
Pros:

Comfortable location for what I needed, clean hotel , staff did not know how to speak English so well and sometimes some of them not so friendly but could be communication problem . Apart from that I was satisfied

Cons:

Updated hotel with some good furnishings could help. Maybe staff could be friendlier

Pros:

Location is great if you visiting tuyap fair center.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok with good selection.

Cons:

No hot water at all in 12th floor. Icegold water only. Spa pool was tiny, water was in the pool chilly, jacuzzi doesnt work. Shower rooms in spa were dirty and very slippery. If you want to go discover Istambul, this is too far from Citycenter. 2,5 hour by taxi.

Cons:

Meine Erfahrung mit DERTOUR und dem gebuchten Hotel in Istanbul war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich die Beratung im Vorfeld. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, ohne darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass zwei separate Zimmer im selben Hotel zu einem vergleichbaren oder sogar günstigeren Preis verfügbar gewesen wären. Dadurch sind unnötig hohe Kosten entstanden.

Auch während des Aufenthalts zeigte sich wenig Flexibilität. Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise und nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen wurde keine kurzfristige Lösung angeboten, sondern lediglich auf eine spätere Prüfung verwiesen.

Das Hotel selbst entspricht aus meiner Sicht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit waren deutlich unter den Erwartungen. Im Essensbereich war der Boden klebrig, und in den Fugen der Fliesen befanden sich sichtbare Verschmutzungen. Insgesamt machte das Gebäude einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Auch das Personal wirkte überwiegend wenig engagiert.

Vor diesem Hintergrund ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich hätte bei einem Anbieter wie DERTOUR eine deutlich höhere Qualität und eine transparentere Beratung erwartet.

Comfortable hotel close to fair.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Cons:

Surroundings are not so nice. Location is far from the city center (one hour by taxi).
Restaurant on the top floor is very very expensive and the food is not good, should be avoided.

Bliskość terenów targowych. Z lobby hotelowego wchodzi się bezpośrednio na targi. Wygodne łóżka.

Pros:

Ficamos alojados neste hotel porque fomos a uma feira internacional. O acesso interno ao pavilhão da feira é excelente.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, tendo em conta ser um hotel de 5*. De uma forma geral não tinha variedade de opções. A única fruta fresca laminada era laranja. Depois tinha maçãs e peras por descascar e fruta em conserva.
