Le séjour à l’hôtel a été globalement très agréable, tout était propre, confortable et bien organisé. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel.

Cons:

Cependant, j’ai été un peu surprise par le comportement d’une dame au restaurant, qui a débarassé mon assiette alors que je n’avais pas encore terminé, sans même me demander si j’avais fini. Un petit manque d’attention qui contraste avec la qualité du reste du service.

Amazing stay, amazing staff, loved every second at the hotel. Make sure to contact the hotel to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, it's better. The hotel stay couldn't be better.

Pros:

Готель знаходиться поряд з виставковим центром, що дуже зручно. доволі смачний і великий вибір на сніданках, гарний ресторан на 29 поверсі. Прибирають гарно.

Cons:

Перше, що хочу відмітити кількість ліфтів не розрахована на кількість людей. Спуститись/ піднятих кудись особливо у годину-пік - та ще задача. Друге, це неприємний запах в номері (коли виймається карточка, та перестає працювати вентиляція в номері, не можливо дихати. Особливо після того як тебе не будуть цілий день і ти втомлений заходиш і відчуваєш запах чи то плісняви чи то каналізації - незрозуміло). Та і в цілому готель не з нових, є моменти які варто відреставрувати.

If you go to the fair, then this is the best option for you.
If you do not go for fair then no reason to go there as there is nothing to see arround.
