The manager of the hotel is so kind she helped us on every questions we came 2 family in the hotel and she moved us across rooms always clean rooms she gave our hearth 5 point

We booked the apartment for 1 day later extend 3 nights it is very cute small hotel i think in summer will be much better always free coffee tea in lobby also in rooms nice service by the way thankyou ipek for everything

we stayed in number 21 our bed is comfortable and sheets very good cleaned. we ordered breakfast itis very good jam tomato butter honey cholocate and enough for us.we are happy for our choise

I dont know where can i can start but exactly i can say that it is really good hotel i red some bad reviews even good ones much more i had some doubts but after meeting these people i feel very relax their hospitality is really high even the reviews rooms condition is good cleaning very well i got their card and number i would recommend to my friends .

The location was great, but that's about it. They did not clean our room even after we asked them. We had to ask them for toilet paper and soap and new towels. We told them it was too hot in the room, but they did not offer to turn on the air conditioning and said there was nothing they could do. There was no trash bin in the room and we did not get one even after we asked. There were limited outlets in the room, so you had to choose between having the TV plugged in or the minifridge. The front desk staff had limited English, making it difficult to communicate effectively. Overall, our stay was lacking in good service and cleanliness.

it is safe place room cleaning is reay wll sheets are clean good towels are fresh comfortable stay for me short but enough to choise again i will come next week took their cards to call them

The entire complex smelled like cigarettes and I woke up with over 10 bed bug bites

we can frequently stay in luce di pera love this hotels service comfort and relax.price is good i think also i gave their cards to my friends recommend and style hotel for me

in the begining we have some doubts but from wellcoming and room comfort we decided to extend 1 night more some people wrote it was loud but for me who are staying around istiklal so frewuently say that it is silence between around similarities i took my note this hotel

location is the best it is very easy to reach istiklal metro and bus quiet and comfort room we ordered breakfast it simple but enough for national turkish breakfast.

our friend ismail advice to hotel us . At first we have some doubts but after that when we arrive to hotel we meet very wellcoming and quick check in . Room ıs good cleaing every where hygenıc and smells nice. Our room on the second floor with balcony.Good exerience but short for the next it can be choosable.

OMG . Never had an Experience like this ...

It is very Close to Taskim Square but When I reached there it was terrible . in a bad location ,starting from the Front Door of this so called "Botique hotel" got stucked and you need 2 people to push to open /close it , staffs sitting in reception , having food and watching TV fromt here itself , always speak Turkish , and they respond rudely to anything, so we never ask anything . The elevtor capacity is 1 person . Room Size are super small , outdated Furnitures , Dark rooms with carpets are worst and dirty , paper walls, bed with bumbs and popupped springs , I booked a room with balcony but there is no such room there as per the front staff , heater in room like 40 Degree and AC not working , We opened the windows and its super cold outside, 24 hour noisy surrondings with pubs and street walkers noise. Limited breakfast served from a clumsy room, bread from reception and we skipped due to hygenic reasons , also this a cat friendly hotel .

I booked this hotel ( rest room) because initally we found many Good reviews but where these guys get magic reviews we found many bad reviews , Then I tried to cancel or modify my booking but the Hotel not responding during my free cancellation period . Also there is a big negligance, they didnt care our request in proper way nor tried to contact the hotel for my modification request . Inshort I lost my 8 Days rent which is around 0 .8k.

I would give a zero, I don’t know how to start to explain !! first night came to check in the room was not ready they told me to wait so I waited like 2 hours then someone came and said we have a technical issues in the room so will give u another room in different place we went to that place then we waited like 1 hour until the man there opened the door no elevator,2nd floor!!I had 3 luggages. room was so dirty everything was bad no heat in the room just small heater next to my bed the room was so cold, blankets were dirty carpet as well everything was horrible!!!next day I went back to get my room I waited for the room and more surprises came along room was soooo dirty carpet blankets no lights no TV imagine hotel room with no TV bed was uncomfortable everything was horrible I think there was bugs on the bed because I had some bites on my leg, These were the worst nights of my life in a Hotel!!! Don’t know where these good reviews came from??? so disappointed

the room is in very good condition especially we like the warm of the room breakfast was good for its price chosable again

this hotel is the best no doubt they are willigness to solve our probelms ever and happy no doubt to choise

So kindful people work here housekeeping also speak good english we spent 1 night it was good
