Hello. I had booked a room with breakfast at the Letter Hotel Istanbul from September 23 to 27, which stated that it was included, but when I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast in the morning, they asked me for an additional fee and told me to pay separately, so I did not have breakfast, and when I protested, they did not respond. Also, they gave me a very dirty room on the third floor, which had no window and no elevator, and they did not mention on the booking site that the hotel does not have an elevator. And when I told them that I had difficulty climbing stairs, they did not pay attention. Additionally, the toilet was broken and very dirty. When I flushed it, the floor flooded, and a significant amount of water spilled out from under the bathroom. The housekeeper did not come even once during my 4-day stay. The room smelled heavily of smoke. (I don't smoke.)

Oda yataklar sıcak su beklediğimden iyiydi.

Cons:

Temizlik bir haftada bir kez. Otel barlar sokağında bu otelin suçu değil ama bilgilendirme açısından Cuma Cumartesi sabah 5 e kadar yüksek ses müzik uyumak imkansız otelin ses yalıtımı yok. Hafta içinde gece 2 ye kadar müzik.

not sure I would come back

Great location. Breakfast was included into the price

Cons:

everything is very old in the hotel and the triple room is really small. There are only a couple of rooms with a good view. From midnight until checkout there was no running water, we could not use the toilet or take a shower and the staff could not do anything about it (but they could at least bring us a bucket of water so that we could use the toilet!).

اقامة غير مريحة - خاصة مع انقطاع المياه - والغرقة ضيقة جدا - لذلك مكثت خارج الفندق لفترات طويلة

افطرت يوما واحدا -
مكان الفندف داخل حارة قريبة من ميدان تقسيم -
وكانت الشرطة متواجدة بالحارة بشكل دائم طوال فترة الإقامة - دون اعتراض او تضييق على المارة

Cons:

للأسف كانت المياه مقطوعة فترة الإقامة بالفندق - وجاءت في الساعات الأخيرة قبل مغادرتي

الفندق جيد خدمه ممتازه موضفين ودودين،
نظيف يوفر القهوه ثلاجه صغيره ممتازه مكيف مريح،
الصوت في الخارج مزعج لاتستطيع النوم مبكرا هذا لان المنطقه هكذا نضامها. هذا ليس عيب من الفندق
انصح بشده
