Central location on Taksim square, easy access to the old city and labdmarks
Occasional smells of tobacco in room from air conditioning system.

Staff is unfriendly, generally cold reception towards guests. Been to Istanbul dozens of times and tried this hotel for the first time.but will be going back to previous hotel in the same area. Better service and value

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very close to the metro and Taksim Square, which made getting around easy and convenient.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Taksim, just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, which made getting around the city very easy.
We booked two rooms. One was on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, for my mother and her caregiver. The room size was acceptable and functional, though a bit more space would have made movement even easier.
Our second room was for three people, with a double bed and an extra bed provided by the hotel. It was comfortable for two and slightly tight for three, but still clean and well arranged.
The staff were absolutely outstanding — extremely kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. They supported us in every possible way and showed great flexibility and cooperation throughout our stay. We are truly thankful for their hospitality.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfort, and especially the amazing staff.
Location is great, next to Taksim square but a quiet part. Rooms are very clean, and new. Beds are very comfortable and room size was good for 2 people. Staff were amazing, responsive and kind.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything we needed.
A special thank-you goes to Turkan and Ayham, who assisted us during check-in. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. Truly the best! Their hospitality made our arrival smooth and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which gave us a spacious and beautifully arranged room. The view was stunning.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would like to stay in Taksim.
