I love the location! This boutique is near wonderful restaurants, bakeries, a place yo get a drink and the Saturday Little Italy street market.
The hotel rooms are cozy and no place to place clothing in a chest of drawers because there are none. It's as big as a small bedroom
Great location. There were several restaurants and bars very near, as well as an Italian grocery. It was an easy walk to the waterfront. The desk staff were very personable and helpful. They held our luggage for us before and after our stay. The room was small but had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Booked based on the glowing reviews, but was sadly disappointed. Arrived late after a trans-con flight from the east coast. Room cleanliness was a big letdown. Bed sheets had small hairs and some marks - toilet was supposed 'sealed hygenic' but contained several strands of long hair. Some plastic bits on floor and chair that should have been dealt with by housekeeping. It was late, I was tired and I just couldn't be bothered to make a fuss. Continental breakfast was OK I guess - grab a coffee and croissant (or yogurt) and go back to your room basically. I mentioned the room cleanliness to the front desk on checkout and got the standard apology - not much he could do at that point. To top it all off, I had some small bogus charges to my credit card after checking out. Property manager has ignored my emails seeking clarification.
The location is excellent – right in the heart of Little Italy and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.
However, the rooms were very small and not as clean as we expected. The breakfast was quite minimal and is served in a narrow hallway near the reception area, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, while the location is great, we didn’t really connect with the hotel experience.

Very helpful staff, breakfast near reception. Hotel right around corner from main Little Italy center/ cross streets and very many restaurants and bars choices with two blocks of hotel. Hotel also very close to the cruise port terminal- 10 minute ride.

Everything went well, location is just perfect. Hotel and room are clean, and it seems it has been renovated recently. Not noisy, right in the corner on main little italy square. We went out for few drinks at night, and it was what we were looking for, walking distance to "Bar hopping" in a safe area.
Everything ok, just room is quite small, but perfect for 1 or 1 nights to crash in! Its not a complaint, just an observation.
Having a simple continental breakfast was helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The price the stay as good.
The facilities were a bit dated.
