The location is perfect! Reception staff very nice and helpful.
We wish the room had more light. Also, water faucet in a room (not in the bathroom) should be mentioned as liability.
The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and easily accessible AC. For the price and the area I thought it was worth it.
The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming and the parking was $25. I thought it would be free. The door did not have the chain lock. It had the chain but not the end to lock the door with more security.

The location is great! Close to everything, many places to eat, very close to farm's market. Few minutes walk to the trolley. There was a bit walk to the parking garage, but it's not bad at all. We had pizza for lunch and there was left over, we were happily surprise the fridge in the room it big enough to fit our to go pizza box! And there was a microwave, we were able to reheat our pizza for a mid night snack. It was great!
Location is exceptional- steps away from amazing restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being at the very front of the hall war the front desk. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the room seemed overall clean.
Parking being a few blocks away wasn’t a huge deal but not especially convenient. If you plan to park and leave your car for your whole stay it’s not bad, but would be annoying if you needed to drive in and out a bunch.
This might be just personal preference but the rain shower looks trendy but is annoying for those of us who don’t want to wash or wet our hair while we shower.
Our room’s window opened basically to a wall, so there was no view and it felt a bit cave-like but we were literally just there to sleep so that wasn’t so important.
La ubicacion es inmejorable, nos gusto mucho. Esta super cerca de Little Italy y comimos super rico todos los dias. El personal es muy amable, vimos a 3 personas y las 3 nos ayudaron o nos saludaban.
Al llega el hotel tenia un olor raro, eso no me gusto. Los cuartos se ven mucho mas grandes en las fotos que lo que realmente son, tambien al estar tan cerca de una zona popular no hay casi estacionamiento, nosotros rentamos carro por lo que el primer dia si fue complicado y utilizamos el estacionamiento con costo de 25 USD. Creo que deberian hacer un descuento si te vas a quedar varios dias para que convenga utilizar ese parking, porque tratamos de no volver a usarlo por el precio. El desayuno, solo es cafe, crossaints, yogurt, frutas y jugos individuales. Cada pais considera el desayuno diferente asi que para nosotros fue muy poco. Las calles huelen a pipi, hay mucho vagabundo que quiere interactuar contigo, se que esto no es del hotel pero consideralo.
Quarto super confortável e espaçoso. Local muito bem localizado, ao lado de tradicional rua repleta de restaurantes e bares.
O café da manhã poderia ter um local melhor, mais reservado (fica ao lado da porta de entrada) e com mais opções.
La stanza era piccola ma carina, pulita, in una buona posizione per esplorare Little Italy a piedi.
La colazione non ha una sala dedicata, ma un angolo nella reception dove ci sono dei prodotti confezionati e il caffè. Comunque non mi è dispiaciuta.
