GREAT STAFF! GREAT LOCATION!
Pros:

I stayed at Zia Hotel Kuta for a couple of weeks and had a really good experience. The rooms are very nice with central air, and there's always someone at the front desk who greets you with a smile. The Wi-Fi is OK, fine for everyday use.

The pool is the highlight: warm, clean, with six loungers, a couch, and even a sunset viewing deck. The gym has brand new equipment that's all functional, plus free weights. Each floor has two water refill jugs, which is a nice touch.

Overall, the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, and that alone makes it easy to recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast is OK and was 70,000 IDR at the time of this review. I would’ve loved breakfast more if the items were replenished more frequently. There's also a great restaurant called Warung 35 just a short walk from the hotel with great food made to order, and the beach is only a six-minute walk away.

Unsafe experience. Still awaiting refund, but hotel aren’t responsive to Booking.com.
Pros:

The room was nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

My third day at this hotel was a terrifying experience. I was intimated, sexualised and followed by a man that was part of a group at this hotel. I had to check out immediately for my safety and have the hotel manager escort me to my next hotel. They were apologetic towards my experience and advised me to contact booking.com for a refund however they are not responding to booking.com to ensure me my refund.

The staff excel, always willing to help. I went on a tour with them which was excellent

Buena opción cercana al aeropuerto
Pros:

La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El personal muy atento, me llamaron para recordarme el desayuno :). Tiene buena ubicación cercana a avenida con restaurantes y locales varios. Asimismo el aeropuerto queda bastante cerca.
