Good hotel and close to everywhere.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The location was central. The cleaners were friendly. Some reception staff were helpful, and agreed we could sit longer after checkout waiting for transport.
The entire Hotel was misrepresented. All the photos online are a lie. Every piece of equipment in the gym was broken and non operational, and there was no treadmill. Both drink coolers in both rooms we booked were not working on arrival, and were not replaced in a timely manner, and staff were rude when we asked for replacements. Nothing inside the Hotel is maintained. We fixed the handle on the outdoor pool shower because it was broken and unusable. There is no view from the pool because the glass is so dirty. There are pool tiles missing, the pool entry ladder is unstable, and my 72 year old mother got her foot trapped trying to enter the pool and could have been badly injured. The beds are very small, and the rooms are very small. There was no adequate cupboard space. There is no DIY laundry despite the signs saying there are. There is a broken spa full of green algae and broken plastic above the pool area, accessed by unsafe stairs. While the Hotel disintegrates around them, there was always 5-6 staff milling around reception doing nothing. We saw a fire alarm with the lever pulled down, likely meaning the lever was never reset or the fire alarm system doesn't work.
If the Hotel was honest about its dilapidated state and sold very cheap rooms, guests would likely enjoy the stay in the old Hotel and not mind the issues.
If you are the manager, shame on you. Take some pride in what used to be a lovely Hotel. You have 5-6 staff sitting at the front counter everyday doing nothing. First and foremost, identify the safety issues in your hotel and task someone with fixing them before someone gets injured or killed.

Удобное расположение. Недалеко от пляжа. Номер был достаточно комфортный. Был фен, туалетные принадлежности( щетка, паста, шампунь, гель для душа) кровать удобная. Персонал вежливый. Завтраки шведский стол. Было достаточно чисто.
Дверь в душ и туалет единая. ( одна дверь)

Location, cleanliness and staff
Noise, small room size and hotel feeling run down a bit. Hot spa not working. Beds were not that comfortable.
We had a good time here. Nice day
Close to everything you needed. In a really good spot. Only 15 mins walking distance to Poppies. Nice view from roof top.
Room cleanliness could have been a little better.
Staff welcomed me ,rooms clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast could be better.

Its location, walking distance to Kuta area such as the beach, malls, restaurants and cafes. It’s also very affordable especially for budget traveler like me.
I requested for two single beds however i was unable to get them.

The only problem was that the mini fridge in the room didn’t work
Fast check in and quick responce times to my enquiries.
Breakfast started at 7am.. I needed to go to the airport early so a 6am start would of been great for transit stays.
Location is very perfect for family or solo , staff is incredible supportive I enjoyed my stay 13 days at kuta Zia hotel thanks everyone
