Friendly service overshadowed by serious issues with room cleanliness.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Jimi at reception was very helpful, and the housekeeper (Imam) was kind and did his best to assist when I requested changes

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The bedding I received on arrival had visible stains, and even the replacements brought up had marks, including a stained mattress protector. While the staff tried their best to fix it, these items shouldn’t have been in circulation at all.
I was also woken early in the morning by loud and constant door-slamming, which made it difficult to rest.

Du potentiel mais un management du personnel à reprendre…
Pros:

Un hôtel qui fait du logement également !
L’accueil et l’accompagnement client est très inégal.
J’ai dû ouvrir les portes bâtantes avec mon sac et ma valise sur roue, monter les escaliers … personne ds le hall n’a bougé !
Les explications manquant en général notamment pour l’ascenseur ou l’on doit badges pour différencier client et résidents selon les étages…
Mention très bien à un personnel qui a fait preuve de bcp en accompagnement !

La chambre très bien et un personnel qui se bouge!!
Pour les autres ils consultent leur portable avt tte chose…

Pros:

Habitacions i banys correctes. Esmorzar inclòs (moltes opcions de menjar local). Personal amable. Aprop d'una zona amb llocs per menjar.

Cons:

La piscina és molt gran però té un pam de fondària. Només apte per remullar-se.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was the closest hotel to the exhibition venue, which made it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is also a shopping center nearby where you can easily find food and other necessities. Overall, the hotel was good and definitely worth the price.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager named Bayu. I had to urgently send some samples to Seoul, and he personally assisted me with the shipment. He didn't turn down my request and was very polite and professional throughout the process. Bayu, if you're reading this — thank you for your support, your time, and your dedication.

I highly recommend this hotel — it offers great value for money.

Room was ok

Cons:

We were locked out of our room 4 times, the room key didn't work. The drainage in the shower was terrible. They offered 2 of us a complimentary dinner, with pretty much ZERO on the menu, as they were out of stock of most of the menu. The lifts didn't work properly, the cards for the lifts didn't work
