Great hotel and so reasonable for such a fantastic location, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already looking to rebook!
Pros:

Great location and the room was such good value for it. Three of us stayed in one room and it wasn’t too bad at all, it was also so calm and quiet being tucked just off the busier streets! Staff were so helpful and the coffee shop downstairs was great. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return/recommend to friends.

Cons:

We couldn’t use the rooftop bar as it was under construction but otherwise is was great!

Läget och storleken på hotellet.

Cons:

Vi bad om en ny kaffemaskin till rummet då den som fanns inte fungerade. Vi fick en ny omgående, men den ställdes bara på bänken utan att någon installerade den eller fyllde på med kapslar. Mycket sen städning på dagen. Mycket lyhört från de andra rummen, stördes av högljudda röster mitt i natten.

The Hotel Hugo is a decent spot to see NYC, but it lacks elegance for the price being charged.
Pros:

Hotel Hugo location is excellent and it has an amazing Rooftop Bar. The downstairs coffee shop is also comfortable and has excellent service.

Cons:

The gym is nonexistent. It is located in a small stuffy room next to the hotel laundry. There is zero ventilation and should not be advertised as a gym. The towels are also threadbare, clearly not the caliber that the Hotel Hugo used to be 5 years ago.

The stay was okay!
Pros:

Property was clean, bathroom were somewhat spacious enough and i appreciated the products they provided for hair and body cream.

Cons:

I felt the staff was a tad unhelpful, every time we walked in the door man or who ever was supposed to greet us was on the couch sitting on his phone. Seemed a bit unprofessional.
