Family books stay there we all get to meet in one place

Location good. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Arrived at hotel and checked in. Got to our room and door was proped open with maintenance cart. Tools on bathroom sink and shade was off lamp on bedside table. Went back down to check in desk and had to wait around 45 minutes to go back to room. Poor communication between desk and maintenance worker. Walls not in good shape with paint and damage to wall above doorway. Carpet tore up under air conditioner unit. Problems with pancake machine at breakfast.

Cons:

They changed the room from 2 queens to a king and a pull out couch. Then we needed pillows for the pull out couch and they were out. My kid didn’t have a pillow.

My stay was wonderful & peaceful.
Pros:

Property outside was very appealing. The inside was bright & colorful. The entire hotel was clean and the lobby was organized for customer comfort. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

Got there around two - manager able to get us two rooms on same floor ready. Called to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! An excellent experience- thanks!

Pros:

I was very disappointed with the condition of the pull-out couch mattress, as it was dirty and had no sheets provided. Additionally, there were no extra pillows available for the couch. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they did not seem concerned or willing to resolve the matter. This experience significantly impacted our stay.
