- Accessing the reception requires using a very tight ramp to the elevator from the street-level mezzanine. There is no one to greet or assist guests.
- No fridge or microwave in the room.
- Strong sewage odor from the bathroom all day and night, creating an uncomfortable environment and headache.
- Parking poorly signed, located far from the entrance (5-minute walk in heat and construction dust), and ground is full of construction debris.
- The staff member called to assist with luggage remained seated at the ground-floor entrance and made no attempt to help. Instead, he behaved in a rude, unprofessional, and aggressive manner, repeatedly shouting that I was not allowed to park in front of the hotel. I explained that I was not parked and was only briefly stopping to retrieve my luggage—the very task he was supposed to assist with.
- He was standing and chatting with another individual who was not wearing a hotel uniform and appeared to be a friend. Both of them then began shouting at me and using aggressive gestures while I was trying to move my luggage alone. Their behavior was intimidating, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a hotel environment where guests should feel safe and respected. (Hotel can see all this in their cameras!).
- The hotel is surrounded by construction, which poses hazards to cars and creates a noisy, dusty environment.
- Water pressure in showers, sinks, and toilet is extremely low.
- Bathroom sink design is impractical, causing water to splash everywhere.
- Hotel guests are very loud with little regard for surroundings—shouting, running, and disruptive behavior occurred throughout the day and night.
- Room decor is dark and gloomy: dark grey black flooring, walls, and furniture; only one window offers a view outside.

Que no hay estacionamiento exclusivo del hotel

No hot water for 4 days, we asked for a room changed and was denied and they promised hot water everyday and each day it was not working. No fridge in the room, no breakfast included even for long staying customers. Gym was being reconstructed, pool was dirty. I was close to booking another hotel.

Solo tienen dos elevadores, y cuando fui, solo funcionaba uno. Las escaleras no estan visibles

Las camas no están muy comodas

El personal en si no es amigable. Y lo peor es que las chicas del Adel, que entran todos los días al cuarto, Revisorin cada maleta hasta encontrar que llevarse. Lamentablemente robaron más de 300 dólares que tenía bien guardados en mi maleta. Al menos esto fue en mi cuarto del segundo piso. La señora ya Grande del aseo se ve que tiene experiencia en hurto. Muy desagradable.
Por otro lado el conserje, tambien tuvo comportamientos inapropiados con una pareja mayor, les consiguió un taxy y cuando la pareja caminaba hacia el taxy vi cómo esta persona le indicó al taxista que le diera más vueltas, supongo para generar más dinero. Que mal la verdad este tipo de personal en este hotel

There was a coffee.maker in the room WITH ONE refilled coffee filter enough for one cup coffee was cheap not good. No WASH clothes ( they brought them when requested. There was no electricity or water for about 4 hours. For a scheduled visit from the electric company. Bell boys called a cab for me I found out they get 50 pesos for every cab they call ( I witnessed the cab driver given the. The cash). I switched to use Uber for the rest of my trip
