Hotel muy descente más cercano al CAS
Pros:

Definitivamente no es centrico para andar caminando. El hotel esta al lado de un casino (genial) y comparten estacionamiento con una plaza que tiene una tienda de conveniencia (Chedraui) A mi me me funicionó porque es el hotel más cercano al CAS (lugar en donde te citan para las huellas de la visa de EUA), y llevé carro.

Cons:

Solo tienen dos elevadores, y cuando fui, solo funcionaba uno. Las escaleras no estan visibles

I won’t be staying here again unfortunately. It’s a shame as I read good reviews.
Pros:

The location was ok, near Costco and some malls. Housekeeping was friendly.

Cons:

No hot water for 4 days, we asked for a room changed and was denied and they promised hot water everyday and each day it was not working. No fridge in the room, no breakfast included even for long staying customers. Gym was being reconstructed, pool was dirty. I was close to booking another hotel.

En general está bien si tienes suerte y la habitación no huele a Drenaje

El personal en si no es amigable. Y lo peor es que las chicas del Adel, que entran todos los días al cuarto, Revisorin cada maleta hasta encontrar que llevarse. Lamentablemente robaron más de 300 dólares que tenía bien guardados en mi maleta. Al menos esto fue en mi cuarto del segundo piso. La señora ya Grande del aseo se ve que tiene experiencia en hurto. Muy desagradable.
Por otro lado el conserje, tambien tuvo comportamientos inapropiados con una pareja mayor, les consiguió un taxy y cuando la pareja caminaba hacia el taxy vi cómo esta persona le indicó al taxista que le diera más vueltas, supongo para generar más dinero. Que mal la verdad este tipo de personal en este hotel

There was a coffee.maker in the room WITH ONE refilled coffee filter enough for one cup coffee was cheap not good. No WASH clothes ( they brought them when requested. There was no electricity or water for about 4 hours. For a scheduled visit from the electric company. Bell boys called a cab for me I found out they get 50 pesos for every cab they call ( I witnessed the cab driver given the. The cash). I switched to use Uber for the rest of my trip

Lo que mas disfrutamos fue la hospitalidad de todos y cada uno de los lugares donde visitamos. El aeropuerto, el restaurante, el museo, puerto progreso, los Uber y taxis
