Great bed and location
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room a great size. The location near a supermarket and the museum was fabulous.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room and when we asked for ice bucket to keep our drinks cold, they didn't understand. A fridge is a must for hotel rooms in such a warm climate.

Hice mi reservación a travez de Booking. Llegué a la propiedad y me dijeron que mi reservación estaba cancelada y que USTEDES me tenían que avisar.

Cons:

PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN. A PESAR DE SER LA 1 AM, NO INTENTARON ACOMODO EN LA PROPIEDAD NI EN OTRA UBUCACIÓN . Y QUE NO ESTABAN OBLIGADOS A HACERLO. FATAL.

La ubicación es perfecta, cercana a centros comerciales y lugares que eran prioridad en mi visita a Mérida

Cons:

El estacionamiento que está separado del hotel. Nada extraordinario pero me fue un poco difícil encontrarlo. No hay quien guíe al mismo.
