Hotel beklediğimizden güzel ve fiyat olarak cok uygundu. Konumuda bircok yere yakın fakat yürüme mesafesinde değildi. Personelin ilgisi içinde tesekkür ederiz

Better hotel on main thoroughfare….. but noise…the 6 lane main street that was one way! Interesting

Paid much more than it worth; could be much better if we had a better room
Pros:

We were given an economic (standard room, this is what we choose initially), it is located in the basement, window is on the skylight, A/C was very noisy, room next to housekeeping staff, thus too much noise, we requested an upgrade and willing to pay, they gave us bad rooms, nothing on the street (as we requested); and the gentlemen on the reception was rough and not nice with us

Cons:

Staff are not good, no respect in dealing with us, we asked for upgrade and they gave us bad alternatives, so we stayed; room was not comfortable at all.

Pros:

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and escorted to my room. I even received a free upgrade to a double bed, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good, with great music playing in the background. The staff were friendly, and the location was central and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room had no daylight, which could be a bonus for anyone who prefers a dark sleeping environment.

Pros:

Öncelkle otelin konumu çok iyiydi, Basmane garına, sahile, Saatlı kuleye yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı normaldi. Otelin personeline , özellikle resepsiyonist Belkıs hanıma, temizlikçi Sibel hanıma göstermiş olduğu ilgiden dolyaı teşekker ederim.
