Good hotel in good location

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable because it was two mattresses in one bed which made a gap in the middle of the bed.

Çalışanlar özellikle restoranda Turkan adindaki hanimefendi çok ilgili alakalı yardimseverdi konaklayan degilde misafirmisim gibi ilgiliydi tüm calisanlar

Kaldigimiz ilk gun asansör bulundugumuz kata cikmiyordu bebek arabamizi merdivenlerden indirmek zorunda kaldık bunu yaparken ayak bilegimi vurdum ödem birikti önemli bisey olmasa bile doktora göstermek zorunda kaldım. Tamamen kendi sansizligimizdi bu problem yasanmasa 10 da 10 , ciftler için harika bir odaydi ama çocuğumuz olduğu için biraz kucuk geldi

Cons:

Didnt stayed in the hotel. Went with my car. The street is ultra narrow. Infront of the hotel kind of a bar with “straight” people. We booked the hotel base on the pica but to be honest will not bring my wife/family there pure for the area. Perhaps hotel is fine but the area around didnt look very safe. I didnt care about the money. We just went to an internaltional hotel group

It is a suitable Hotel as there are not much to choose from
Pros:

The Hotel was in a good location close to amenities needed, staff courteous and helpful and rooms extremely clean.
The breakfast could improve as there is not much of a choice which is only suitable for the locals. The lifts are a nightmare especially breakfast and checkout times

Alright experience overall, however, I wouldn’t book to stay here again.

Friendly staff, flexible check in, central location

Cons:

The toilet wasn’t working in the room that I paid for and I was offered another room on another floor. I believe the room was a smaller than the previous one and had a single bed, even though I booked a room with a double bed. The rooms have very thin walls, so you can hear what others are doing/talking, however it wasn’t noisy at night from the street even though the location was very central. Room had quite a bit of signs of wear. Such as: it was defect in the floor, shower is poorely made, because the water keeps leaking on the floor after using it. Another incident worth to mention, is that the lady from the room service entered as I was changing clothes the first day- that was an awkward experience. I guess, it would be nice, if the hotel could offer some signs that the guest could hang on the door and it would let the staff know that we are inside.
