Hmmm-don’t want this to be a complaint, just an observation…
If accommodation sleeps 4, I feel there should be comfy seating for 4
Crockery was a bit lacking. 4 side plates would have been better at breakfast…as an example
No hairdryer
I’m sure there was mention of ‘toiletries’-yes there was soap but I presumed additional stuff

Great stay
Pros:

Booked 2 nights in a studio for my son who was working a few miles away. He was warmly greeted on arrival and staff were very accommodating in letting him park a larger than average vehicle overnight in the onsite car park. Kitchenette facilities were more than adequate to rustle up an evening meal. Excellent location and easy to find just off of A38.

Will definitely return
Pros:

Excellant location, which was reasonably easy to find (off the Devon expressway)
Room was clean, spacious with a full size fridge. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. Plenty of onsite parking.

Cons:

Only crtitcism was the very small basin in the shower room which meant you couldn't fill the kettle: fortunately we brought our own water.

Cosy stay and great location
Pros:

Lovely room. Nice and clean and warm. Had a fridge and a microwave which is just what I wanted. Easy to find. Good location just off A38 and easy to get in to Plymouth. Easy to check in. Instructions very clear. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was fine - my one bit of feedback would be the room would be nicer with a chair of some sort - nothing fancy - even just a tub chair to sit in to make it a bit more cosy. There were 2 dining chairs and table or sit on the bed.

Pros:

A simplistic, no frills, accommodation that served our needs perfectly. Clean, modern/new. Water pressure was fantastic, radiators extremely efficient. Quiet location.

Cons:

Bed was a little uncomfortable (lumpy and small) but for one night it was fine.

Ok for a one night stop over , but wouldn’t be my cup of tea for a week .
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy , served its purpose.

Cons:

Very creaky flooring and paper thin walls . Could hear the couple next door talking at times . Wasn’t keen on the self check in.
