Amazing venue with great staff

Indian hotel in England, needs an english Chef 100%
Pros:

Hotel building was fab. The food was not good. Mircowave dinners in resturant ready meals!! No selection, its not an english hotel. Its an indian hotel in england. A let down for the perfect location.

Cons:

All the food, no gym, a mat is not a gym no machines worked, nothing to do in hotel, needs up dating also. Carpets pillows, Bed room, no windows to open wld be very hot in summer time. New bed pillows needed. More cleaning staff needed, new chef needed, new management needed. Could be a gold mine😪 new

Ok stay.
Pros:

The location was great. The hotel reception/bar is beautiful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had to move rooms. We upgraded to a better room on check in and it wasn't the best . Cracked walls. Broken blinds, make up stained carpet. Noise banging from cleaners storage cupboard out side room from befor 7am which kept us awake.

Nije vrijedno novaca, pogotovo da smo platili iznos bez popusta.

Zgrada izvana, i lobby.

Cons:

Nakon sto smo dosli u objekt, iza 23h, u sobi je bio jedan krevet veliki i to je to. A soba je rezervirana za tri osobe gdje je pisalo da ce biti jos jedan dodatan lezaj, odnosno dvosjed na razvlacenje. Kojeg nije bilo. Isli smo do recepcije gdje je djelatnik Muhamed rekao da ce provjeriti situaciju. Dosao je u sobu i pokusao rasiriti dvosjed koji nije bio za razvlacenje, nakon cega je otisao po pomocni lezaj. Rekao je da ce sutra netko doci i rijesiti problem, odnosno donijeti ispravan dvosjed. Naravno to nitko nije napravio. Dvosjed koji je bio u sobi je bio izrazito prljav i uflekan, a ispod stolica su bili konfeti, sto je ocito ostalo od gostiju prije nas.
Bila su dva ručnika u sobi, nakon što smo trazili jos jedan, rekao je da je to ispravan broj rucnika za tu sobu, ali da ce nam ipak donijeti. Tako da smo umorni izgubili dva sata sna zbog rijesavanja problema kojeg nije trebalo biti, jer je soba rezervirana za tri osobe. I placena za tri osobe. Ne razumijem sto nije bilo jasno.
Polog jos nije vracen, ali dobro, vjerujem da ce biti kroz koji dan, iako mi je djelatnica na recepciji rekla, nakon check outa ce biti vracen polog.

Zao mi je sto nisam sve poslikao, ali na ovoj jednoj slici se vidi iza mene, pomocni krevet koji je djelatnik ugurao, i dvosjedic koji se nije mogao razvuci. Djelatnik je poslikao taj dvosjed i rekao kako mora svojima nadređenima opravdati nas prigovor.
