Hotel war gross Eingangsbereich war schön!

Cons:

Wir konnten keine Fenster öffnen, Zimmer war stickig da Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte! Keine Ausstattung wie Bademantel, Hausschuhe und Klo Bürste! Frühstückt keine grosse Auswahl und zu teuer Preisverhältnis

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist keine £ 22.50 Wert. Es ist nicht viel Auswahl und schmeckt auch nicht. Sie waren sogar so frech und sagten, sie hätten kein Brot mehr. Unvorstellbar sowas!!!!

Cons:

Im Zimmer keine Hausschuhe. Ich habe verlangt, dann wollten sie für hausgewöhliche Hausschuhe £ 5.00. Diese Hausschuhe gibt es in jedem Hotel auf der Welt für umsonst. Keine Wattestäbchen im Badezimmer.

It was okay.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. It was near the mall, public transportation and great cafes.

Cons:

I was disappointed in one of the services they offered. If you don't have the room cleaned daily, you receive 7 GBP food & drink credit. Inside the room, they had a door sign to let housekeeping know you didn't want the room cleaned. I didn't have my room cleaned for two days. I went downstairs to inquire about the food & drink credit. They told me I was supposed to let Coincerge know, which is not what the door sign that they have in each of the rooms states. It stated to leave the door sign on the outside handle of your room door. They only offered me 1 day of the credit.

Dårlig luft, ikke noe utsikt. Teip over vinduet. Aircondition virket ikke. Fortalte at vi har spesialbarn men hjalp ingenting.
