Uncomfortable owing to heat
Cons:

It was very hot and the air con had broken down apparently throughout the hotel for more than two days. With great difficulty we negotiated a fan on the second day

Pros:

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Great you are able to leave luggage before check in and after check out.

Cons:

I paid for an extra big room but found myself in a tiny room.

The breakfast experience was unsatisfactory. Given the price point, I had anticipated a higher quality offering, specifically fresh juices and a more extensive selection of fresh fruit. My previous experiences at Premier Inn have set a higher standard for breakfast provisions. This was a disappointment, particularly as I had been looking forward to my visit. The prevalence of processed food items was notable.

Dorsett Hotel
Pros:

Very comfy beds and accomodating members of staff - we were upgraded to a suite for my 60th birthday celebration.

Cons:

We were shown to our breakfast table and waited for a waiter to take our drinks orders, before we helped ourselves to the buffet breakfast. But no one came, we soon realised that was also a help yourself too. Shame for the quality of the hotel. Think that would have added a nice touch to such a lovely hotel

Nice hotel but they need to get room ac working properly.
Pros:

Room was a good size with a nice shower. Location was ok, as it is close to a tube station for getting around London

Cons:

The room was hot and the AC was in effective, it worked but not as it should for cooling the room down at night when trying to sleep. I heard from other guests who had the same problem with hot rooms making sleep difficult.
