Impossible to contact and disgusting smell
Pros:

I booked a room via booking.com for 1-4 June. The room was cancelled at 10am 2/6 without contact as I had planned to check in that morning. I immediately called the number provided who advised me that the room booking was still visible but could not be reinstated unless I emailed in. I immediately emailed the email address provided and info Shepherd’s Bush email listed on your website. I received (and still haven’t) no response. Unwilling to travel up without confirmation I waiting to hear back as I had done what I was advised to. At some point in the afternoon the booking.com messaging service replied it could reinstate the booking if I provided an arrival time which I did. Then once again I waited for a response (which still hasn’t arrived). On Wednesday 3/4 I travelled to the hotel without any confirmation or response as it was impossible to contact the hotel and checked in. The room was pretty bad and smelled heavily of sewage but at this stage so much money had been wasted on a booking I could not access I decided to go on with my plans in London. I checked out with no problem. Now I have been charged £108.99 for my one night stay (out of 3 nights paid for) where I didn’t eat or use any services.

Pros:

Ble oppgradert til en leilighetshotell etter flere timers venting og masing. AC på hele hotellet var av.

Cons:

Vi ankom hotellet og fikk utdelt 3 rom hvor AC ikke fungerte. Klagde og fikk byttet til et rom til den nye delen av hotellet med leilighetshotell. Resten av reisefølge ble sittende i lobbyen i nesten 5 timer før de ble omplassert. Dette la en stor demper på 40 årsfeiringen vi var der for. Personalet fortalte at dette er et gjentakende problem og skjer hver sommer når hetebølgen kommer. Personalet virket ganske oppgit og lei av alle som kom og klagde. Problemet var ikke at AC ikke var kald nok, den var ikke på. Vi så flere fortvilte familier komme en etter en og melde ifra om samme problem. Mange høylytte krangler og dårlig stemning. Etter en første dag/natt med så mye frem og tilbake klarte de endelig å omplassere resten av oss. Turen vår var fra torsdag - søndag hvor vi føler at vi mistet hele torsdagen på dette. Nedtur og ingen form for kompensasjon fra hotellet. Jeg kommer ikke til å booke dette hotellet igjen.

Awful stay and experience!

Awful experience awful stay! AVOID!! We were first given the wrong room,had to wait to longer for the next room which had a faulty Aircon( not working),we had unpacked so had to pack again and wait for the 3rd room .Just lost out on so much time waiting and shifting rooms.The room given wasn't clean,the toilet was dirty &again the Aircon wasn't in good working condition. Upon putting the hairdryer on the electricity went out,had to wait for the electrician to fix it.The kettle was filthy as well(image attached of the hotel staff with the kettle as reported it).A little water jug for is provided and one had to walk along corridors to the water station to fill the jug ,we were not close to the station so was very inconvenient,then wait in que to fill the water jug,which obviously was not sufficient keeping in mind the weather being very hot, multiple trips had to be made to fill water. We weren't the only unhappy ones,other guests were complaining about it as the sensor on the water station was just rubbish.No toothbrush, toothpaste.The staff at the reception weren't very polite or helpful .anyone looking for a comfortable stay I would say avoid .

Lovely stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean, quiet, and had all the essentials. There was also a water refill station in the corridor. The location is very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the Tube, with a bus stop right outside.

Air con was broken, very hot in room, maintenance guy said he'd come back with a cooler but didn't.

They upgraded my room but that was equally hot.

Kamer 157 heel warm. Geen airco. Mobiele airco werd gebracht na dat ik had aangeven dat het heel warm was maar die hielp helaas niet goed en maakte heel veel lawaai.
