Happy stay! Great staff
Pros:

How close it was to the event that I was attending
It had a nice set up and was easy to walk to nearby shopping centres
I changed room types at the hotel and the staff sorted it out very quickly

But then everythig went well and we had a nice stay in London.
Pros:

Restaurants and trasportation is close by.
King size bed is indeed big 🫶🏻
Lobby is beautiful.

Cons:

I am that person into an open air and kinda easy to feel suffocated. Just a bit sad because we don't have an opening window where we can atleast open and have some fresh air. 🙁

È vicino a più fermate della metro e le stanze sono pulite.

Staff Attitude and Lifts Really Spoiled the Stay
Pros:

hotel and Room was Excellent and Location was Perfect

Cons:

Check in Very Slow and Understaffed and this was Evident each time we exited or entered the hotel. Lifts were a Nightmare throughout the stay and on in the Morning of Departure it was Down to ONE Very Very full lift Operational. Level of concern with Staff and Reception was None Existing. Staff Attitude and Lifts Really Spoiled the Stay

Convenient position but overpriced and not worth the price tag

Position is very convenient

Nothing else really worth

Cons:

At first we have been assigned a room that was filthy and not even cleaned after they previous residents checked out - after we complained we got assigned to a room that was at least clean but carpet looked like saw better times , noise made stay uncomfortable for a light sleeper , too basic for this price tag

Lovely central hotel with a great happy hour, staff lovely, room comfy and spacious with options to upgrade.
Pros:

Fabulous central location with excellent facilities close to tube station and huge undercover shopping centre (Westfield). Room was lovely although aircon could have been better! Bar on ground floor was lovely especially good prices during happy hour (4-7pm) on all drinks 😍 would stay again knowing what to expect.

Cons:

The need for a £50 deposit per night during our stay (although this is classes as pending and fully refunded) unfortunately for us there was an issue with the repayment, however this was resolved although not for a few days!!! Water could have done with being hotter!
