Great Stay with Excellent Hospitality and Dining Experience

Had a great stay at The Park, Bilaspur. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities provided were good and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall value for money was satisfying. The staff provided excellent service throughout the stay. Special thanks to Chandan and Hunny at the dining hall for their polite behaviour and great hospitality, which made the experience even better.

The only issue was the noise level, as the rooms were not properly soundproof and outside noise could be heard at times. Other than that, everything was managed very well and the stay was enjoyable overall.

Great Hospitality and Excellent Service

Had a really good experience staying here. The room service was excellent throughout my stay. Hunny was especially very helpful and made sure everything was arranged properly whenever needed. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made things much more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt warm and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I genuinely appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

During checkout when I request a car/ taxi they were not helpful. As the location is not easily reachable by any other means of transport, it was quite difficult to find a taxi.
