Good staff, great rooms, middle of nowhere.
Pros:

Great hotel. Really comfortable modern and clean room. Very good bed - I slept well. Not much in the way of English language telly. Wifi was adequate but not super fast. Great shower and bathroom. Lovely friendly staff always had a smile and some chat. Not much in the immediate local area - nothing at all really.
For the price, a good choice and I was very happy.

Pros:

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Booked this hotel by mistake since the name says gurgaon. Hotel refused to cancel my booking or shift it to the other park inn in Gurgaon.

Wasted Money. Wrong Hotel. Not in Gurgaon.
Pros:

Rigid management refused to help with change of hotel within the same franchise. Also Bilaspur is 30KM from Gurgaon, hotels.com was highly misleading.

Amazing stay!!
Pros:

The stay at this hotel was amazing,the food in rbg was good, the property was very good clean and the rooms were very clean, though it was a long drive from delhi but appreciable hotel.

Pros:

Nice modern clean hotel within a great location to where i was working. Nice vaired food menu of indian/Japanese/european cuisine with daily specials. Chef's are also willing to make orders to request within reason. The staff are friendly and helpful and no request is too big or too small. Once the pool are is soon completed it will be a great place to relax on a weekend too. Being on a main highway there is not much in terms of things to see/do within walking distance but the shopping malls are only a relatively short drive away. Enjoyed my long term stay here.
