First floor smell really bad like Indian food whatever it is makes me sick to my stomach. Door squek
It is dated and kind of dirty. Registers in the lobby are filthy. Served Sunny Delight or some other koolaid type drink in a pitcher instead of orange juice. The shower was treacherous. It had a little dip in the center and no grip at all. The elevator didn't work and we weren't told that until we had booked a room on the 3rd floor. The only good thing was the breakfast offerings, other than, of course the orange juice issue described above.

Television and bed were good. Breakfast as good as one could expect at a place like this..
All the stains on cloth covered furniture gave an appearance of being unclean. Shower nozzle was corroded and delivered little water. A/C was very loud. Lots of traffic noise also. No vending for drinks. Only drinking water I saw available was in lobby dispensed in a small cup. Very few plugs in room and most were taken inoperable or being used by alarm clock, lamps, coffee maker or TV. Lamps with intergral plugs were very loose and did not work.
The lady at the front desk was very rude
It was quiet and the location was good for our travels. The complimentary coffee was nice.
Carpet is gross and stains everywhere. The place is out dated. The sheets had stains and the pillows are tiny. It was difficult to get extra towels. We had to wait a few hours because they were locked up. Very strange. It was overpriced for what we experienced. Would not rebook.
Pool not working
We had issues with entering the room (door locks), heating the room (heater), and burned breakfast foods. Unfortunately, the front desk staff does not appear to care.
Do not stay at this hotel unless you plan on sharing your bed with BED BUGS that are so big, they could be prehistoric from the dinosaur days!! The staff is no good, and thats if you can find one of them!! And if you do, good luck getting them to get off of their social media and put the phone down for two minutes to help you!
The Quality Inn down the way is under construction, how would I stay at a place without windows or staff? The glass shower stall is screwed only into the gypsum wall board, flaking gypsum on you as it moved and dug a groove into the soft material. Wall unit would not turn off or go to a set temp & turn off. Indoor pool had cold water, like an outside pool, in November. Maria was great.

The bathtub was extremely slippery and I fell while in shower.
Horrible customer service. Not friendly man at desk. Wouldn’t allow us to use a toaster and wouldn’t allow us to use another blanket. None of the lights work in the room. Bathroom light is out. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again.
It was great
After reading reviews I was nervous about staying at this hotel. I am a solo female business traveler and the cleanliness of a hotel is of utmost importance to me. This hotel was one of very few available in my approved price range headed into the Labor Day weekend.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, secure room. The hotel staff was friendly. The parking was well lit.
I did have two negative notes:
1) the room was heavily perfumed
2) there was no safety bar in the shower
While I would prefer to stay at a different chain, I would be comfortable booking this specific location again if needed.
