Cons:

- На ресепшн никто только не говорил по-английски
- Заказывали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, нам дали одну кровать, потом ждали пока номер поменяют
- ну и как всегда, отель не подготовил и потом не смог нормально подготовить инвойс/фатуру на имя компании, хотя я несколько раз писал об этом при бронировании с указанием реквизитов компании

Enttäuschung. Habe die Unterkunft über booking gebucht. 5 Personen 3 Kinder 2 erwachsenen. Habe Rechnung in der Hand trotzdem wird mir gesagt das sie die Buchung nicht aus dem System sehen können und ICH mich drumm kümmern soll. Die Dame am Rezeption super unfreundlich hatte keine Lust auf die Situation wahrscheinlich. Nach kurzer Diskussion kam ein Herr hat gesagt wir sollen uns kurz hinsetzen er kommt gleich. Später war dann doch alles ok. Haben dann ein Zimmer mit Bindungstür bekommen. Es hat extrem nach Zigaretten gestunken.
