The hotel was clean, the staff were well trained, friendly, and professional, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

Cons:

The room was extremely small, with no balcony and not even an openable window to let in some fresh air. Although the hotel advertised Wi-Fi in the rooms, there was no usable Wi-Fi signal in our room. The Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area and the restaurant, which was very inconvenient.

The fridge was unplugged when we arrived. After plugging it in, it worked, but we soon realized that whenever we removed the key card and left the room, the electricity—including the power to the fridge—was switched off. As a result, every time we returned after being out all day, the fridge had warmed up, and all of our bottled water and juices were warm, making the fridge essentially useless.
