Hotel was ideal. Close to waterloo station and lots of restaurants for lunch though there were not a lot fro dinner. The london eye and big ben were around 2 kms walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety though it was a bit crowded but to be expected with a full hotel.

The location and the restaurant were super. The restaurant staff is extreme nice.
There were issues with the room. The window could not be opened, the air -conditioning has not worked. We asked the reception staff to help us and sokve the issue since it was hit and almost no oxygen in the room. After 3 day finally a front desk agent came to the room and together with the maintenance staff have solved the issue.
Tolle Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die U-Bahn-Station Waterloo.
Frühstück sehr gut, alles vorhanden. Frühstück schon ab 6 Uhr, toll für früh geplante Aktionen!!

The breakfast was good. The kitchen staff, waiters and waitresses were very good. The room was clean and comfortable but no view. I asked to have a late ckeck on the day i was leaving and was told that its ,£15 additional per hour. I paid it. There is a bus stop not more that 20 feet away from the hotel. Its close to key london locations.
