Poca cortesia del personale di reception e la pulizia delle stanze alcune volte saltava oppure era effettuata nel pomeriggio.

Location, 2 minutes walk from Waterloo & The Old Vic, less than 10 minutes to the Festival Hall and Southbank.
The location was good.
The room was very plain, no mini fridge was annoying! Bathroom was very nice. View from 7th floor was terrible. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was a joke swarming with overweight Americans who acted like they hadn't seen food for months! Pillows were rockhard, yet after I asked about alternatives, they produced some softer ones....why no choice in each room as standard???

Tesisin konumu Waterloo tren istasyonu ve dolayısıyla London eye vs yakın olması sebebiyle oldukça iyi. Daha önceki kalışlarıma göre kahvaltıya getirilen düzen oldukça iyiydi boş masa yoksa sizi bir süre misafir edip sırayla içeri alıyorlar ve çok beklemiyorsunuz. Odalar gayet geniş ve ferah.
Daha önce de bu otelde kaldığımı ve London eye manzaralı bir oda istediğimi bildiren mesaj atmıştım fakat geçen sefer böyle bir oda vermemişlerdi bu kez yine mesaj attım günler öncesinden ve girişte resepsiyondaki beyfendiye eski rezervasyonlarımı göstererek London eye manzaralı odanızda bir kez kaldım tekrar istiyorum bakın mesajda yazdım dedim fakat beyfendi tamam demesine rağmen geçen seneki odanın aynısını verdi. Geçen sene de yine aynı beyfendiye denk gelmiştim bence bu çalışan iyi niyetli biri değil ve bir daha bu otele gelmememiz için uğraşıyor.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. You were assigned a table but when you went up to buffet and came back there was another person at table. I only went to breakfast two morning because of this. Everything about the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. It was great to have air conditioning with the warm weather.
