Cons:

Shower did not have a good drainage system. Taking showers and water was slow draining

Bathroom door stuck
Front desk computer system not functioning. Another guest entered our room with the key they had been given at front desk

Ok stayed at better Hyatt regency was a little better in my opinion.
Pros:

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Add 20% gratitude to your bill tipping should be for a good service as we always tip as we go .
