Stay was nice besides the parking.
Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

The discrepancy in parking. Signs, website, and paperwork when I checked in said $16 per night. However I was billed $25 per night.

Only Place in Atlanta I Stay!
Pros:

This Atlanta, GA location is wonderful! The staff is professional, helpful, and polite.

The rooms may be the cleanest, most fresh I've ever stayed in!

If you stay, you MUST include the breakfast! It's positively delicious! During the week it's served restaurant style with menus. The weekend offers an incredible buffet, with kitchen options (waffles, omelette) still available.

Below average Hyatt with poorly kept facilities
Pros:

The biggest issue we experienced was the heating not working in the Magnolia room. It was cold during setup day and I told the hotel staff about it so that it would be fixed by the best morning when the meeting started. Well, morning came and the heat felt like it was off. Everyone was as complaining about how cold it was! The hotel brought in some space heaters. By the afternoon, we were told the issue had been fixed. Next day was fine. The third day we were back to the North Pole and the space heaters had to come back. If you are having issues with temperature, someone should be checking those rooms first thing in the morning before guests arrive!

There were also issues with the house lights in the room, and they had LEKos on poles pointed at the ceiling and uplights on the wall.

Overall, not a great impression of how well facilities are being kept up with, and honestly no desire to return to this hotel for another meeting.

The toilets in the hotel (guest rooms and meeting rooms) are very short and there seemed to be a lack of cleaning staff because the trash was overflowing in the bathroom public areas. There was also no hot water coming out of the faucet.

Overall ok stay.
Pros:

The property was clean and inviting.

Cons:

Had issues with climate control and made the stay very uncomfortable as it remained cold the entire stay after asking the staff to fix the problem twice. Unfortunately it never got fixed. Did address this when checking out and the staff acknowledged the mistake.

I specifically chose this place for the hut tub. I called and asked when I Scheduled it. I asked when checking in and every single time was told yes working Hot tub, which was a lie

Pros:

The cleanness of the property and room! The beds was also really comfortable! Also Kewan (I think how you spell his name) at the front desk that check us in was so polite/ professional and so sweet! He definitely let us knew we picked the right hotel to stay at 😌
