It’s not the best
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

I don’t like that place ladies staff there are very bad they are not understanding they need training to develop their maturity and they way they act towards foreigners. The lady working on Wednesday evening shift was extremely rude and did not want to look at the phone which showed our side of what booking.com said instead she raised her voice and was racist smirking in the back and was not helpful at all to a family and she had the audacity to say that one person would book 4 beds which is none understandable itself and didn’t want to communicate properly despite us staying here before she told us we booked for one person and when asked to show the past booking we had with them she didn’t want to pull that up and instead gave us racist slurs .

Not what I expected
Pros:

Big, wide, spacious building

Cons:

The GYM was unfortunately not included. We choose this sporthotel because we assumed that a small gym will be in the price included as in MANY other hotels!

The room is very dusty !

Gode senge

Cons:

Hund koster 50% af prisen på et værelse for 2 personer!!!!!, hvilket er helt absurd dyrt. Hundegebyr på gode hoteller i feks Vejle, Århus, København og Tønder er 150kr. Syd for grænser er den typisk 10€.
Ingen shampoo eller andre toiletartikler. Intet gjort for at værelset skulle fremstå hyggeligt. Dårlig belysning.
Mange store forbuds-skilte mod indtag af mad og drikke på værelset, gav mest af alt indtryk af et lejrskoleophold og ikke et behageligt hotelophold.

Pros:

Et super godt sted hvis man som familie vil have lidt aktivitet/sport med i sit ophold.
Det var alt hvad man kunne forstille sig bla. badminton, paddel, bordtennis svømmehal og en super lækker wellness afd. hvor børn også var velkommen. Alt sammen let tilgængeligt med dags sportspas.
Morgenmaden var MEGET god med alt muligt forskelligt samt en masse lækkert og friskt frugt.
Helt klart et sted vi vil komme igen 10 stjerne herfra
