It is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are incredibly helpful and everything was perfect.

Hotel çalışanları ne iş yaptığını bilmiyorlar. gece giriş yaptık kimsenin hiç bir şeyden haberi yok. 6 aylık 2 tane bebek olacak şekilde rezervasyon yaptık ama bebek yatağı yoktu. hotelde asansör yok odamıza ve yemeğe inmek için bebek arabalarını taşımak durumunda kaldık. odalar çok pisti. kahvaltısı rezaletti. 2130 numaralı odanın kliması çalışmıyor. odada dururken teknik servisten eleman gelip izinsiz şekilde odaya girip yapıp " bana oda müsait gidip tamir et dediler " diyebiliyor. resepsiyondakiler Türkçeyi bile zor konuşuyor. Otelcilik sektörünün ne olduğunu bile bilmiyorlar. aile olarak gidecek olanlara tavsiyem gitmeyin.

Terrible service by the staff and the entire hotel stinks of cigarettes smoke.

괴레메 중심지에서 야외박물관으로 가는 길 따라서 5분 정도 거리에 있어서 가깝긴 한데, 돌바닥에 살짝 언덕길이라 캐리어 끌고 가기는 좀 어렵고, 밤에 좀 무서움.(언덕 자체는 괴레메 지역 다른 숙소에 비하면 양호한 편임) 아침에 열기구 떠 있는 것들을 볼 수 있는 좋은 뷰를 가지고 있고, 수영장 전망도 괜찮음. 다만 10월이라 수영장 물이 엄청 차가웠고, 관리가 안 되는지 흙과 나뭇잎 등이 그대로 들어있어서 들어가면 에이즈 빼고 모든 질병 다 걸릴 것 같은 느낌이고, 선베드는 낡을 대로 낡아서 여기저기 금가고 부숴져 있음. 방을 1층으로 배정 받았는데 창문에 잠금장치가 없어서 밖에서 침입 가능한 구조 이고, 안전금고도 작동하지 않아서(터키는 따로 돈 내야 이용할 수 있나봄) 모든 귀중품을 들고 다녀야 됨. 화장실 샤워 공간이 욕조인데, 바닥 물막이가 없어서 이용 불가함. 도대체 왜 넘어다니기 불편하게 쓸데 없이 욕조로 만들어 놨는지 모르겠음. 침대 매트리스는 우그러들었음. 조식은 우리 나라 사람 기준으로는 딱히 먹을만한게 없고 계란 요리 해주는 직원이 불친절하고 나한테는 뭐 먹을지 물어보지도 않고 후라이만 만들어줌. 마지막으로 체크아웃하고 짐 보관소가 가득 찼다고 로비에 두고 가라고 함. 정작 직원들은 리셉션을 비우는 경우를 본적이 많아서 관광하면서도 내 짐이 제대로 남아 있는지 걱정하느라 제대로 관광 못함.

Premier oda da kaldık. Jakuzili klimalı 30m2 gibi bir oda çift kişilik yatak tv 2 kişilik kanepe sehpa ve 2 adet sandalye vardı. Buzdolabı sanırım bozuktu ihtiyacım olmadığı için takılmadım. Aydınlatma iyi. Göreme merkeze 300mt. Konumu otoparkı büyük küçük havuzu çocuk parkı ve kocaman bahçesi artilariydi. Kahvaltı bol ve çeşitli lezzetli idi. Sakın bir oteldi. Yatak baya bi eskiydi sanırım çok rahat değildi en azından evdeki yatağımdan vasatti.

Excellent hotel in a great location with many facilities. My room was a suite and very comfortable. The pool area was massive. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg chef.

Öncelikle hotels.com dam uygun bir fiyatla otelde yer ayırtmamız çalışan arkadaşlara garip gelmiş ki bir tuhaf karşıladılar bizi. Benim otelden aldığım izlenim şu:
1- İtibar görmeniz için çok para ödemeniz lazım
2- Odalar çok temiz değil yataklar çökmüş
3-Otelimizin adı belli, siz niye geldiniz ki biz zaten turistlerden yeterince kazanıyoruz, onlarda odalara falan çok takılmaz gibi
4-Kahvaltımızda yabancı turistlere göre onlarada çok takılmazlar zaten
5- Otelin tek iyi yanı Göreme milli parkına yakın olması

Kapadokya’da her yer heryere 5-6 dakika buda bir tercih sebebi değil aslında

Ayrıca banyoda duşakabinim içinde duşakabin kesilerek sonradan açılmış üzerinde ip asılı elektrik sigortasına şartel vs ne olduğunu anlamadım. Güvenlik sorunu oluşturmuyor sanırım.

Could not be worse! It was a total mess. I do not want that anybody go there because it is a waste of money and time.

A good experience and nice hotel but wifi for 1 user only.

The main reason for staying there was the pool and then the price. The day I booked the price of the rooms were 50% less than the previous day so that was a bonus. But the pool was ok-it needed to be skimmed and tiles cleaned especially in the wading pool and the lounge chairs were a bit dirty. With 100* weather, the pool was god but not spectacular. The a/c was poor--obviously the power and fan were set to be at the lowest level to save on electricity but it barely cooled the room.The wifi did NOT work in the rooms or at the pool on any device. The jacuzzi tub didn't work in the bath but the bathroom was spacious. In the morning, the breakfast was poor. I arrived at 9:20 and the selection was minimal. There was an empty pan of scrambled eggs, hard borek (some burned and overcooked), no fresh fruit, etc. It was probably the worst standard Turkish breakfast offered at a hotel i've experienced. It seemed like everything was put out for breakfast at the beginning of the service time and nothing was refreshed. Based on the reviews, pictures, and information provided, I felt a bit misled. It wasn't quite as advertised. If I had paid full price for the rooms, I'd have been upset with what I received. My friends and I have stayed at other hotels around Cappadocia which were more true to the amenities advertised. My future visits to Cappadocia will not include staying here again.
