Relaxing stay right on the Ross River.
Pros:

Location location location. Close to willows and a dining precinct you could park the car in the secure car park and walk to anything you needed. River ways has a huge pool, park and library to entertain the kids as well as the Ross River right on your door step.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that made me go oh no.

Great self contained apartment
Pros:

Location wise it was great for the sporting event I was attending, but not to the strand where we had friends and family all staying. It was well set up for everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. It is set out well, roomy and quiet. Views off the balcony to the river were lovely.

Cons:

Kitchen could do with a few more items like a bottle opener, and the dishwasher had a loose seal (which I fixed). I wish there was flexibility with length of stays as I had yo leave early, and full price as per the policy was still required. A change of mind is different to a need to leave.

Wouldn’t stay here again sadly.
Pros:

The property has a good location to the Townsville University Hospital

Cons:

The place smelt and was covered in mould. After addressing the issue with reception they did move us rooms but the next room also had a slight smell of mould. Not interested in helping us once they had moved us.

Did not notice until the day before leaving, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould.
Have stayed here multiple times over the years and its been fantastic, but the quality and cleanliness has gone downhill.

Overall, a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Perfect and quiet location overlooking Ross River. Good parking. Furnishings were clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Paintwork was overall tired and kitchen equipment was not quite up to scratch in terms of cleanliness. There was a cobweb at the foot of the entrance door.
