Convenient location but the AC was terrible.
Pros:

Really close to the metro station and easy to locate. There are many convenient establishments around the area. I had a package delivered to the hotel and the staff were very helpful and made sure I received it. Our room was regularly cleaned.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was horrible. We stayed during springtime but it got really hot in the afternoon and the AC didn’t work as well as we hoped even after we changed the settings. It would also turn off in the middle of the night and it would get so hot and woke me up. The rooms aren’t that soundproof either, so we would occasionally hear the people next door as well as the cars outside

駅近でアクセスが良い

Cons:

連泊の間に掃除を頼んだら、トイレの便器の中に食器とカトラリーを入れられる嫌がらせを受けた。日本人差別だろう。
フロントの方は対応が良かっただけに、清掃員の質にがっかり。

Pros:

아담한방크기에 조용하고 깨끗하여 좋았습니다.
뷰도 좋았구요 조식은 사정상 못하고 나와서 잘 모르겠습니다.

Cons:

가격을 숙박앱사이트로 들어가서인지 다소 비싸게 결졔된것이 아쉬웠습니다. 그정도의 가격은 좀 아쉬웠습니다

A quiet convenient location between the airport and city center with friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was about a 3 minute walk to the subway and a convenient store right across the hotel. There are several restaurants near the subway station. This hotel is about half way between the city center and Incheon airport so it was a convenient location for me. The room was of decent size and pretty quiet. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I thought complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, but they were sometimes not refilled so I would have to go get my own bottle of water. This is just a minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was great.
