La vue sur mer est superbe
Nous etions dans une partie de l'hotel ou il y avait des travaux.
I loved the room. We splurged and got one of the suites. Well worth every penny.
We had a great balcony with loungers and regular chairs. There was a sitting area with a couch. The glass shower next to the bed, had an exterior privacy curtain so you had privacy ! There was even a ceiling fan. But the best part was access to the lagoon! It was so much fun having the ocean waves wash over the walls into the lagoon! The breakfast was included and was really good.
The staff was wonderful. They made our stay really special!

Hôtel très propre. Très belle suite avec vue sur les piscines naturelles. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner. Je recommande également le restaurant de l hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique au niveau du restaurant ( matin et soir). Superbe vue depuis le sauna.

Le restaurant Lapa Bay excellent. Je conseille les crevettes en entrée. Le pavé de thon, succulent.
Le restaurant n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais à 10 bonnes minutes à pieds. Attention le service n’est pas compris et ils prennent 10% de la note totale. Et en plus j’ai laissé un pourboire car je ne m’en suis aperçu qu’après !

Das Hotel ist durch die kürzliche Sanierung in einem super Zustand. Direkt am Natur Pool gelegen, lässt es mit Aussicht und Flair kaum Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und kann ebenfalls mit Ausblick genossen werden. Das Personal war immer nett und hat die Fragen gerne beantwortet.
Uns fällt nichts ein.
Das Hotel besticht mit seiner spektakulären Lage, direkt am Meer und dem Gezeitenpool. Das Meer ist sehr präsent, von der Suite und Restaurant sehr gut zu beobachten, bei geöffneter Balkontür sehr gut zu hören, und durch den Gezeitenpool auch sehr gut (und sicher) zu erleben. Ich habe jede Minute des 8-tägigen Aufenthalts genossen.
Der Aufenthalt war durch und durch sehr gut. Etwas befremdlich war es den ganzen Weg nach Madeira zu reisen um im Hotel ein Deutsch angehauchtes «Beerhouse» vorzufinden, mit Personal in pseudo Dirndl und Lederhose, aber das ließ sich mit einer priese Humor gut tolerieren.
