It was a friendly warm stay and we’d definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Staff were incredible! So helpful and always available for questions. Room was spacious, warm and modern. We loved the area! It was walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing in the area plus driving distance to things we wanted to do in the northeast.

Cons:

Not much! It was pretty great!

Une expérience à vivre !
Pros:

La situation juste au dessus des piscines naturelles.
La qualité de la chambre, spacieuse, originale avec cabine de douche transparente, la baignoire, la terrasse avec transat et vue sur la mer.
Toutes les petites attentions , bouteilles de vin pétillant dans la chambre, apéritif d accueil...
Le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer ...

Cons:

Le fait qu au restaurant on vous met systématiquement 10% de pourboire sans vous demander au préalablement. Il faut alors discuter pour les faire retirer !

Tout était formidable.

Nous avons effectué plusieurs réservations dans cet hôtel :

- chambre "Suite" 410 : suite gigantesque avec baignoire énorme arrondie. Vue sur les piscines naturelles de Porto Moniz, mais aussi sur la ville le long de l'océan (côté Est / Sao Vincente).

- chambre "Suite" 408 : suite identique à la 410 en terme d'installation et de décoration, mais plus étroite (elle est tout de même grande). Vue sur la mer ⭐ à noter : la piscine à débordement de l'hôtel est juste au dessus.

- chambre "Classique" 114 : chambre plus standard, mais la vue est éblouissante en étant orientée a l'Ouest ; couché du soleil magnifique!

Les suites sont particulièrement belles, avec des matériaux de qualité. La chambre classique est moins récente, mais cette partie Ouest de l'hôtel était en rénovation donc à voir par la suite !

Les photos des chambres reflètent bien la réalité.

Le spa (piscine à débordement, jacuzzi, sauna) est situé sur le toit de l'hôtel. Vue dans chacun des équipements.

Le petit déjeuner est juste parfait, avec beaucoup de choix, et certaines choses sont préparées devant vous à la demande (œuf au plat, omelette, pancake, gauffres...). L'offre est généreuse et excellente !

Le personnel est adorable, de la réception au cuisine... Tout le staff est professionnel, agréable, et au petit soin.

Cocktail de bienvenue, et bouteille offerte (dans les suites), petits chocolats 🍀

On ne peut que recommander.

Nous avons tellement aimé qu'on y est retourné plusieurs fois !

Danke für eine schöne Woche.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage direkt an den Lavapools am Atlantik. Auch das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist ziemlich optimal für Wanderungen im Nordwesten.

La vue depuis la chambre était incroyable et les équipements étaient très confortables.

Cons:

Le service de restauration n’est pas terrible. Le petit déjeuner est bien, mais je ne pense pas que les repas servis soient réellement cuisinés sur place.
Des travaux étaient en cours pendant notre séjour.

Es war so in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes

Gute Lage. Gutes Restaurant für Dinner. Super Frühstück

Cons:

Bauarbeiten. Küchengerüche zu Mittag im Flur und z.T. Auch im Zimmer.
Kein Einsatz beim Rezeptions-Personal. Überbesetzt zum Teil Inkompetent.
