Bellissimo posto, molto pulito
superb place right in front of the natural pools. Rooms with great views, good food, excellent service. Highly recommend if you're in the rugged north coast.
Stunning view on the lava pools and the ocean.. the view on the pools is most fantastic in the morning and before dawn.. unique experience while you enjoy some rest on your hotel bed.. ask for free tickets at the reception for the pools to skip the line
La vue de la chambre, le personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner!
L’emplacement au dessus des piscines naturelles est fabuleux. La chambre était magnifique avec sa terrasse privée et très spacieuse. La literie est excellente. Le personnel est très sympa. Pleins de petites attentions pour les clients à l’arrivée.
La piscine en roof top est vraiment géniale.
Pas de problème de parking puisque l’hôtel met à disposition un badge pour un parking à proximité donc super pratique en période de forte fréquentation. Tout était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
Un peu de bruit le soir car le restaurant est juste en dessous des chambres et on entend le bruit des chaises quand ils font le nettoyage en fin de soirée.

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Die Meerschwimmbecken sind toll. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zu kühl, dafür ist der Whirlpool sehr warm. Der Sekt auf dem Zimmer war eine nette Geste.
Bad ist alt, keine Deckenlampe im Zimmer nur loses Kabel, momentan wird der Flur renoviert. Zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Madeira.
