Hotel tres comfortable avec une vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, la vue exceptionnelle, Magnifique chambre, tout est parfait et comme neuf. La bouteille de vin pétillante dans un seau à glaçons à notre arrivée, la classe 👍🏻
La piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi face à la mer étaient fantastiques.
Le personnel au petit soin. Quelques attentions également à notre départ ! Merci à tous ! Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le hall d’accueil reste simple pour un hôtel de cette qualité.

Pros:

Bogate śniadania i świetny szef kuchni robiący naleśniki, gofry i omlety. Wszystko na bieżąco uzupełniane, niezależnie od godziny, o której pojawisz się na śniadaniu (są wydawane od 7:30). Fantastyczne położenie hotelu, bezpośrednio nad Oceanem Atlantyckim i nad basenami oceanicznymi. Dostępny parking bezpośrednio pod hotelem (często nie było miejsc) lub tuż obok hotelu (dostajesz specjalną kartę do otwierania szlabanu). Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, niektórzy z nich mówią bardzo dobrze po angielsku, że możesz mieć wątpliwości czy są Portugalczykami. Jeśli wykupiłeś tylko śniadania, to w hotelu działa restauracja gdzie zjesz naprawdę cudowne rzeczy na obiad/kolację, menu nie jest bogate, ale serwowane dania są naprawdę pyszne. Plusem hotelu jest też zapewnienie darmowych wejściówek dla gości na baseny oceaniczne (co prawda skorzystaliśmy tylko dwa dni, bo pogoda w lutym na Maderze jest mieszana).

Cons:

Hałas od oceanu wewnątrz pokoju. W nocy jest naprawdę głośno. Mi to nie przeszkadzało w spaniu, ale wyobrażam sobie, że niektórzy mogą potrzebować stoperów do uszu. Wilgoć w pokoju (byliśmy zimą, może w innych porach roku problem nie jest tak dokuczliwy).

Wystrój pokoju i udogodnienia to naprawdę górna półka. 4 gwiazdki zasłużone. Na dachu jakuzi, sauna i basen. Po prostu ekstra. Hotel stosunkowo nowy, nie zniszczony, pachnący. Fajna baza wypadowa na zachodnio-północne atrakcje Madery. Naturalne baseny robią wrażenie. Śniadanie z widokiem na fale Oceanu to coś fajnego. Na powitanie był drink a w pokoju butelka szampana ! Wanna w pokoju..... czy warto się tu zatrzymać? Nie pytajcie 🥰

Śniadanie codziennie identyczne i nie ma co zwlekać z przejściem bo potem ciężko wszystkiego spróbować..

Люди, які там працюють роблять це місце особливим.

Це неймовірне місце. Де є дві особливості- вид та персонал. На рецепції, в ресторані працюють неймовірно привітні люди з почуттям гумору. Повар, офіціантка- просто задали нам настрій на весь день. Сніданок чудовий з видом на роскішний краєвид. Прям під готелем природні басейни. Спа- сауна та джакузі включені у вартість. Приємний велком дрінк . В номері дуже чисто!

Supernettes Personal, Zimmer sauber und trotz derzeitigen Renovierungsarbeiten ruhig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig. Und die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Meer und macht das Hotel speziell. Der Blick aufs Meer ist sensationell. Die Suiten gross, stilvoll und sauber, einfach top. Desgleichen das Frühstück.
Ein Highlight ist sicher auch das freundliche Personal.
