Pros:

The location was perfect, though on a main road it’s quite quiet. It’s got easy access to central London or Canary Wharf, the room was very clean and comfortable. staff were very attentive - shoutout Andrea and Maddie for their stellar hospitality! My third time staying here, will be back again :) <3

Pros:

A lovely and very clean hotel that looks exactly like the photos. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and welcoming.

The room was a reasonable size. It was slightly small, but this was not a problem. The main bed was comfortable and spacious, and the sofa could be converted into two separate beds, which were also comfortable and a good size. The room had all the basic essentials we needed.

One small suggestion is that the bathroom would benefit from more hooks or somewhere to store clothes. The room itself could also use a few wall hooks or some additional hanging space.

The hotel is close to the underground, public transport, and supermarkets. The surrounding area is pleasant and relatively quiet.

Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but reception does not answer call.
Pros:

Clean rooms

Cons:

1. Not able to contact reception. No phone in room and they are not answering the phone number we have as their main number.

2.No water provided or room tissues.

Great air conditioning and comfortable
Pros:

This room was better than I expected because it had effective air conditioning and a good coffee machine - both unexpected. I spent 5 days there and it was very good.

Cons:

It's close enough to transport and Greenwich tourist areas, but not the best spot if you're travelling alone. I appreciated the staff presence though, and this is the norm in many parts of London.
