Clean very local to where I needed to go and comfortable beds.
Pros:

Was clean and had all little things included like coffee machine etc and board games and games by reception which was a good touch.

Cons:

Have nothing to complain about was a lovely stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the room was spotless, comfortable, and pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Cons:

There are just two small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have simple instructions for using the microwave, as I couldn’t figure it out, and the sofa bed could be more comfortable. Also, there was a wierd smell in the hallway on our room floor

Pros:

無障礙房安排在地面層，方便出入，接待處安排家人同層，方便照應。位置算方便，走十幾分鐘可到London Paddington Station ，亦有巴士選擇。自助早餐也不錯。

Cons:

無障礙房的浴室不夠大，輪椅活動時不方便，另外出入要使用走火通道較不方便，如果有正式無障礙入口就好了。

未能提供原訂兩晚的無障礙房造成很大麻煩，接待處承諾第二天可安排到，結果也做不到，令人氣憤😡
