Nice hotel in Pantong Beach, Phuket. Room was good size with sitting area and balcony. Shower was nice good water pressure. 2 robes and slippers in clothes armour. Ropm scent was nice. No condition but shapoo and body was was very nice and fresh smelling. Body lotion had a strange smell to it. Bed was horrible. If you have stayed in guest houses in Thailand, then you will understand. It felt like the hardsest know cardboard known to man. My hips and should hurt all night. Made me keep turning due to pain of presure. Lobby was mice pool was cool looking.
Biggest draw back was when I wanted a bucket of Ice the front desk dires me to the restaurant. Where I was charged 80 bht for ice. Yes ice, that melted in the room faster than I could make drinks. By the sodas like coke were 40 bht. A large bag of ice at 7-11 was 40 bht. This shows how out of touch some places can be.

They charge for everything - issue with extra key that their staff removed and they wanted me to wait till they looked for it. They made a big issue about it, but over all the hotel stays was very good.

This property is old and needs updating along with the pool area. Lighting and water pressure of the rooms are a shocker!! put it this way I had to use my phone light to navigate around the room and the water pressure wouldn't wash the sand out of your hair. Location well there's much better. The staff were very polite but spoke very little english spoken.

Pros:

Reception team for both check in and check out are sorely lacking in almost every way possible. No logic for the THB1,000 deposit and to make people wait for the refund. Apart from that the room was clean and large. Decent location which is away from the noisy parts of Patong and is a 15 minute walk.

The staff were excellent in hospitality and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean, cozy, quiet, and hi-tech. The pool was awesome! The breakfast food was great and delicious. Overall, the experience of staying in Bauman Residence was splendid. I would recommend this place for a luxury visit.

The drainage was choking so it was not maintained properly, it was quite disgusting
But I love the floor staff, concierge and housekeeping they were lovely.
The best is the massage place!

Only flaws was water would come out of the shower doors and had to use towel on the floor
And the alley that the hotel was at was dirty with garbage on the side and smelled like sewers
The staff and the hotel itself is good in general
