Hotel Kherson

The actual hotel is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. (SIX flights of stairs!) No one would help me carry my bags up to the room, and I was afraid to leave anything in the car because the neighborhood is not good) The AC only worked for 20 minutes at a time, so I had to open the window. The next morning after breakfast, the water was shut off and I couldn't take a shower or brush my teeth.

Cute Hotel in the middle of Kherson not far from the best restaurants. Nice accommodation. Good breakfast nice bedding. We stayed in the suite... Large and comfortable. The reception to check in is on the 3rd floor... Which is a little strange but I would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff. Not all the staff speak English but the lady at the front desk spoke very good English. Lovely hotel 🏩

Отель полностью заслуживает свои 3 звезды. По сравнению с другими, очень достойный и комфортный для деловой поездки. Можно смело останавливаться в нём.

Frukosten var bra, läget bedrövligt. Rummet var OK, men Wi-Fi dåligt i rummet.

Отель не далеко от центра Херсона, как для 3-х звезд, то вполне приемлем.

There was a plumbing problem - sewer gas smell in bathroom - I had to keep bathroom door closed and window open. Otherwise it was a lovely well-equipped place with great staff and a good restaurant.

My experience was adequate. The gym was good and that was my main reason for staying there.

The staff were very kind. The managers were professional.

The hotel is located pretty far from the center of town (train/bus) and requires a taxi to access. The room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. breakfast was served in the attached restaurant. the breakfast was good but the service was very slow.

Отель безвкусно оформлен, вместо душевой кабинки ванная, несуразно огромный санузел, в котором можно вальс танцевать :) при этом, не работающий кондиционер (он работает, гудит, но не холодит :) Выключатели света расположены за дверью (кто не знает - потратит время, чтобы их найти :) )
Зеркало в прихожей номера отсутствует :( На рецепцию надо подняться на третий этаж. Не знаю, как бы поднимался турист с тяжелым чемоданом без лифта... Но персонал приветливый и вежливый, номер убирали вполне хорошо и тщательно. Завтраки очень странные в отеле (три варианта - одно блюдо из яиц, одно - злаковое (каша или мюсли), напиток холодный и горячий тоже один надо выбрать. Очень не удобно.
