A good value budget stay in a great location in Mumbai
Pros:

Location is fantastic now the metro stops about 5 minutes away. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The restaurant is also very good and I ate breakfast there each morning which was very good value. The room was comfortable enough for the price.

Cons:

It wasn't the cleanest -the bedding didn't look very clean and the A/C smelt quite mouldy.

Pros:

там работают хорошие люди.
ну и интернет был норм.

Cons:

антисанитария, плесень, грязь, старое постельное белье, страшные подушки с плесенью, стены с плесенью - и это все номер de luxe 👹

Great stay
Pros:

the location was great, just 200 meters from metro station. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I tis not a luxurious place but it is clean, safe, comofortable and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The windows are small, the terrace is nice but there are not enough chairs or tables outside for sitting. There plenty of chairs and tables in the dinning room.

Great location
Pros:

This is a nice little hotel, great location and the staff are really great.
Nice cafe on the roof and the food was very good.

Cons:

For us the room was just a bit too small, great for backpackers, but if you are a couple with luggage I would suggest a superior room.
There is no lift and several flights of stairs, was fine for us but some people would struggle.
