Pros:

The people working the desk were so helpful and friendly - it was a treat to stay at this place. The location is quite close to the Grant Road metro so it's quite convenient for anyone who wants to get to the City center or to the international airport. The facilities were great too - we would love to stay here again when we're in the area!

Great, comfortable
Pros:

Room was clean, staff extremely friendly & hospitable, location was also fantastic. Nearby many good food spots. Would highly recommend staying here for solo travellers if you're looking for a clean and safe budget friendly spot in South Mumbai.

Whenever I return to Mumbai I'll definitely stay here anyday.
Pros:

The Hotel was at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station and even the staff was polite and kind. I usually do not drop reviews but it won't be fair if I don't drop one for them. Anyone travelling alone or with family MUST STAY because of the prime location. The Hotel is near to Mumbai Central Railway Station and Grant Road Metro is also 200 mtrs from the Hotel. Even the Hotel Staff provided me the economical ways for my trip.

A good value budget stay in a great location in Mumbai
Pros:

Location is fantastic now the metro stops about 5 minutes away. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The restaurant is also very good and I ate breakfast there each morning which was very good value. The room was comfortable enough for the price.

Cons:

It wasn't the cleanest -the bedding didn't look very clean and the A/C smelt quite mouldy.

Pros:

там работают хорошие люди.
ну и интернет был норм.

Cons:

антисанитария, плесень, грязь, старое постельное белье, страшные подушки с плесенью, стены с плесенью - и это все номер de luxe 👹

Great stay
Pros:

the location was great, just 200 meters from metro station. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I tis not a luxurious place but it is clean, safe, comofortable and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The windows are small, the terrace is nice but there are not enough chairs or tables outside for sitting. There plenty of chairs and tables in the dinning room.
