Highly recommend
Pros:

We had breakfast everyday they made very quickly and tasty.We used to stay in kumkum once a year for sure.staffs are very friendly and helpful managers are standard specially all the staffs speak English.They kept us very comfortable as our own place.I wish all the best and good luck for kumkum.Keep it up guys stay blessed

Pros:

Very friendly staff. There was no lift in the hotel, but the staff helped carry the luggage.
The location was perfect, accessible to colaba causeway, marine drive and gateway of India.
Good food and room service was excellent
Budget and family friendly hotel

Cons:

The room was clean however, the bedsheets did not look very clean, and the ceiling fan was dusty.

Excellent Service, Amol is the nice manager with lots of well serviced staffs.
Pros:

The location is really great.

Cons:

Bed and Pillow need to be changed , everything will be perfect.
I will come back to stay again. There should be some hairdryer and the mini refrigerator.
