great experience with West Lake State Guest House

The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet.

The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us.

Will definitely stay again next year, highly recommended.

Pros:

It is truly a privilege to stay at the State Guest House, open to the public when not being used for its intended purpose. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful park adjacent to historic West Lake. Everything about the place is truly exceptional, including perhaps the most beautiful indoor pool in Asia.

Pros:

The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake and is quiet. However, it is not convenient to move around (one needs to call transportation for going to hotel's restaurant or going out, and this service is really slow. I had to call three times for each trip).

本次住宿8號樓，因家庭旅遊訂兩間房，入住時前枱貼心安排連通房，房間很棒，整體服務也很好。最喜歡的是飯店本身自帶的庭園及西湖景觀，不用人擠人就可以悠閒的享受美景，真是太棒了！下次來還是會選擇這裡。
