Nothing really , ordered a balcony room they trued to send me to the basement with the nastiest room. Didnt get my balcony room , security deposit , or heating.

Az egyik legnagyobb előnye az elhelyezkedése: kiváló helyen található, minden könnyen elérhető. A közelben rengeteg bolt és étterem van, valamint a metró- és buszmegállók is pár perc sétára találhatók, így a város felfedezése rendkívül egyszerű.
A személyzet külön kiemelendő: mindenki rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordulhattunk hozzájuk.
Bár a leírás szerint nincs reggeli a szálláson, mi minden reggel találtunk lehetőséget egy kis harapnivalóra: apró édes péksütemények, müzli és narancslé mindig elérhető volt, ami kellemes meglepetés volt.
A felszereltség is megfelelő volt, a szoba mindig tiszta és rendezett volt. Egyetlen apró hiányosságként a mini hűtőt említeném, ami nagyon jól jött volna.
Összességében nagyon jó élmény volt itt megszállni, mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!

Que no tuviera microondas. Nos cogio la tormenta invernal allí metidos y no tenían como calentar comida en lo que estuvimos allí sin poder salir.
My wife and I stayed at The Lex Hotel NYC for our first trip to NYC, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff truly made a difference—they were incredibly helpful with directions to all our destinations and gave us great food recommendations that we really enjoyed.
The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the breakfast, especially the pastries and coffee, which were a nice way to start the day.
Overall, it was a wonderful first visit to New York, and The Lex Hotel played a big part in that. We would definitely stay here again!
It was my first time staying at The Lex Hotel, and I had a great experience. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. My room was located in the back of the hotel, and it was very quiet—perfect for getting a good night’s rest.
I also really enjoyed the rooftop, which was a nice added touch and a great place to relax.
Overall, a very positive first stay, and I would definitely come back again!
Good location, nice rooms, staff are friendly.. Not a lot in the way of facilities but that's fine for a Manhattan hotel. Very good value for an NYC hotel, would stay there again without hesitation. Area is nice, plenty of stores, delis, restaurants etc.
Breakfast options extremely limited ( coffee and a pastry, muffin etc.) , no issues as such but a bagel option would have been nice.
The location is the main thing here, it's great, very central and close to amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic and closes early. The room was clean enough, but the carpet was old.
The room was small, and the view was awful, on the second floor. Aircon was very loud but also extremely dusty, which could be problematic with people with health issues. Too expensive for what you get.
The hotel enabled me to keep my luggage in storage.
