Lex Hotel NYC

I sometimes need to come to Manhattan from Long Island for doctor’s appointments. Sometimes I’m scared and can’t sleep. It makes a world of difference to have Manny’s smile during those times. I’ve stayed with you twice. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk to the subway station. Check-in was fast and Ana was very polite. My room was small, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no mini-fridge. Overall it was an affordable place to sleep if you do not need luxury. I would definitely stay here again.

Steven at the front desk made our stay even better. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine kindness, warmth, and a welcoming smile. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so valued as a guest. Thank you.

Central location

Surprisingly spacious room. Friendly staff and nice roof area. Clean and modern furnishings. We stayed in a backyard facing room and so was very quiet.

Everything was super clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was just right to start your day . Plus, you can't beat the location if you're in town to see the sights.

This was our first time booking a hotel in New York so we picked this for our convenience and the price. We have been to a couple of hotels and the first person you interact with defines the whole experience for me and my family. We checked into the hotel, Ana greeted us with a very warm welcome, accommodating us with our luggage’s and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Our room was clean, the noise level wasn’t too bad except sometimes during the night but that was mostly outside. During our leave, Ana helped us to order a taxi to our airport and it arrived on time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely check back here on our next trip to New York!
