The hotel enabled me to keep my luggage in storage.
Management was so helpful even before I started my journey.
Staff was very hospitable throughout my stay.
The room was really nice.
The lobby has a cool vibe.
The location was super close to where I needed to be (I had to be strategic that way).
The breakfast offered a good variety to get your day started.

Amazingly kind and punctual staff. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. So nice to have all the bout of the city blocked by the soundproof walls. Just what we needed. Steven, front desk staff, was exceptional!

Located in a fabulous spot in the city for both walking and subway access. The hotel is clean, tidy and staff were always helpful and informative. The breakfast was a great start to the day with fresh muffins, croissants, pastries, cereal and fruit. Tea and coffee, orange juice and milk too! Plenty to set you up for the day! The rooms were clean and fresh, everything you need for a city break. The showers were lovely and hot and a great variety of toiletries to use for a short break. There is a safe in the room free of charge. Rooms can be cleaned daily or on request and tea and coffee brought to your room whenever you would like.
There is a luggage storage for those early arrivals and later departures, accessed only by reception. The hotel felt very safe and of a good standard. There are delis next door, a Starbucks 50 metres away, subway, and a wing stop within 10 metres of the front door. Overall an excellent stay. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Had a great stay at The Lex Hotel! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful with all of our questions. I loved the continuous coffee service sent right to my room — such a nice touch. The location is also fantastic and made getting around NYC really easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital and Odalis was so kind to us - he let us use a room while I was having a panic attack and it was such a huge help. Thank you, Odalis, for your compassion and kindness.

El hotel es suficiente para pasar 5 días, la habitación es más grande de lo que suele haber por NYC. EL detalle de ponernos desayuno para poder comer algo antes de salir es algo positivo a tener en cuenta. Aunque luego hicieras un buen café fuera, de hecho hay muy buenos sitios alrededor, salías ya con algo en el estómago. Había diferentes tipos de madalenas, croissants, cereales, leche, zumo de naranja y café. Saliendo a la izquierda, tienes una cafetería con el café muy bueno y también un lugar donde venden sushi, que se ha hecho viral por Tiktok, no lo probamos, siempre había cola.
En cuanto al hotel, muy amables todos, casi todos hablan Español y te intentan ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesites. Cada día te dan dos botellas de agua en la habitación. El baño genial. Agua muy caliente y con presión. A tener en cuenta, tienen secador pequeño, pero funciona muy bien con potencia, no tiene accesorios.
El hotel está situado entre dos paradas de metro. Según donde querías ir, podías ir hacia un lado u otro, estabas justo en medio. También podías ir al centro caminando. La calle al ser Av Lexington, muy fácil de acceder con taxi.
