Horrible!!!
Pros:

Good Location

Cons:

Zero warmth on receiving guests!!!!!
Very frustrated at the check in counter especially by one Elizabeth as we tried to modify our rooms to fit the 6 of us,even when we were willing to pay/top up the difference on the cost of the rooms!!!
Junior suite was too small for four people and especially that it has one bathroom.
Very basic breakfast.
Slow or zero response on emails on enquiries!!!

The room was too hot. We informed that to the staff and someone came to try to fix it but didn’t function.

Overall a good stay for the new year experience.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good job with the fireworks over new years 💯

Cons:

The bathrooms have a high risk of slipping due to water pooling on the floor from the shower.
The Aircon has an automatic feature that almost gave me a cold overnight.
These were the only issues I had.

The hotel is looking tired
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

The hotel is looking tired, each year I stay at the property it seems that there us less care is taken on the exterior of the building. Looking from the pool to the building classing is parting way. The Menu is average, however service is with a smile.
