La pileta no es segura para ir en familia ya que no tiene rejas y está al lado del parque, y el baño de nuestra habitación perdía agua de la ducha hacia afuera, el aire tampoco enfriaba lo suficiente

Relax y confort de la mano
Pros:

El desayuno es glorioso. La pascina y el servicio de bar exterior excelentes. El lugar es muy moderno con un diseño del lobby y zonas de espera muy sofisticados. La atención impecable en la recepción.

Cons:

La cama si bien es grande y comoda hacia ruidos bastante molestos. La cortinas no podian cerrarse del todo por lo que no se podía impedir que entrara luz directa del sol por las mañanas. El shampoo y acondicionador que ofrecen podrían ser mejores.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas. El desayuno bueno, la comida del restaurante y de los bares también. El trato de algunos empleados fue sobresaliente.

Cons:

El gimnasio se está remodelando, aunque es entendible estaría bueno contar con información actualizada a la hora de hacer la reserva. El trato de otros empleados, por el contrario, bastante indiferente.

Só elogios.

Cons:

Fui no Carnaval e o preço estava muito alto.
Fiquei chateado que não deixaram eu fazer o check in antecipado e não disponibilizaram um local para eu deixar as malas para ir às compras.
Não fica perto do centro de compras, uns 15 minutos de carro.

Ein wenig renovierungs bedürftig Steckdosen im Zimmer alle ausgeliefert. Manche Tapeten lösten sich in der Lobby im Barbereich

Parecia que o hotel era reservado para um grupo árabe que estava lá
Tudo era reservado só pra esse grupo
Onde íamos estava reservado para eles
Péssimo atendimento, teve o jantar de Natal
Eu pedi pra poder participar do jantar pagando claro
E a atendente falou que não tinha vaga.
Estávamos no hotel
Víamos todo mundo comendo em pleno NATAL E não deixaram a gente ir. Tinha em média umas 30 mesas
Pelos menos 15 mesas estavam VAZIAS
E tinha um banquete
E mesmo PAGANDO não deixaram a gente participar.
Foi a pior experiência que já tive em hotéis em toda minha vida.
Quando tentávamos comprar algo não tinham troco não aceitavam meus dólares não aceitaram real
Só cartão de crédito.
