O funcionário demorou cerca de meia hora pra fazer o meu check-in. Disse que não encontrava a minha reserva, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante do booking. Nesse tempo que passei lá, chegou uma hóspede que tinha acabado de fazer check-in, que desceu pq deram pra ela a chave de um quarto que já estava ocupado. E outro que também tinha acabado de subir para o 12 andar (o elevador só vai até o 11 andar) e deram uma chave que não abria. E outra reclamando que tinha pedido o carro há 20 minutos. Um verdadeiro caos.

Nossa estadia no hotel foi excelente!
A localização é ótima, facilitando o acesso às praias, restaurantes e mercados da região. O espaço é muito bem cuidado, limpo e confortável, proporcionando uma experiência muito agradável.
As atendentes Gabriela e Rebeca foram muito atenciosas e prestativas durante toda a hospedagem, sempre nos atendendo com simpatia e educação.
Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos o local!
