Sobrevalorado, la tarifa no es acorde al producto.-

Muchos detalles de Mantenimiento:
. El colchom está hundido y se le salen los resortes por el costado y te lastiman.-
. Las persianas quedan trabadas arriba, y las tenes que bajar con la mano.-
. Las almohadas viejas y gastadas.-
. El tv torcido.-
. La puerta del baño no cierra, hay que dar el portazo porque se sale el pica porter.-
. La heladera es ruidosa.-
Ademas por la tarifa, Podrian hacer repasos diarios pero sin embargo lo cobran aparte.-

Valeu pela comodidade e localização. Precisa melhorar bastante para ser mais indicado.

Excelente lugar para quedarse por Palermo
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo. El personal es muy amable, y hay gente las 24 hs en la recepción y son muy amables (no es poca cosa considerando que mucha gente ni siquiera te recibe y te dejan la llave en algún locker atado a una reja). Las camas son muy cómodas, el lugar está limpio. la ducha es buena, buena presión y agua caliente. El lugar tiene un balconcito como para no sentirse encerrado todo el tiempo.
El depto que nos tocó era interno así que no tuvimos problemas para dormir por las noches debido al rudio de la calle, igual es una zona tranquila.

Cons:

No diría que es algo malo en sí pero tiene lo muy básico para cocinar, con 2 anafes eléctricos y un mínimo de utencillos. En nuestro caso no fue un problema ya que salimos a comer todo el tiempo (está lleno de bares y restaurantes por la zona), pero es para tener en cuenta si les gusta cocinar en el lugar.

Ótima opção em Palermo
Pros:

Localização perfeita em Palermo, muito próximo de vários restaurantes famosos do bairro (como, por exemplo, Don Júlio). O apartamento era espaçoso e confortável, com ótimo custo benefício

Cons:

Limpeza do chão da casa poderia ser melhor. Quando andamos descalços, nossos pés ficaram muito sujo. Além disso, o apartamento poderia vir com mais quantidade de produtos para auxiliar na estadia (papel higiênico, papel toalha, sabonete etc.)

Pros:

A spacious apartment, with a very comfortable bed! Air con worked well. Little balcony to sit on however not much view. Location was good, very near to a lot of the main restaurants and bars. 40 mins taxi to la boca (traffic depending)
A little front desk with someone manning 24 hours a day and a code to get in the door so felt secure.

Cons:

Shower was poor, either scalding hot or lukewarm water, no pressure. Not sure if it was the hot water heater we could hear in our apartment (9B) but very loud. Lack of mirrors, only one in the bathroom considering it’s a big space.
