Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα, σε μια εξαιρετική γειτονιά (Palermo Soho). Άνετο δωμάτιο, φαρδύ κρεβάτι με καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια και επαρκώς εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η ύπαρξη 24ώρης ρεσεψιόν μας βόλεψε ιδιαίτερα ενώ οι υπάλληλοι ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και μας βοήθησαν αποτελεσματικά σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Apartamento muy bueno en un barrio excelente (Palermo Soho). Piso comodo, cama espaciosa con colchón y almohadas buenas y cocina adecuadamente equipada. Para nosotros fue especialmente conveniente disponer de una recepción abierta las 24 horas y además los empleados fueron muy serviciales y nos ayudaron eficazmente con todo lo que necesitábamos.

Το μόνο που μπορώ να περιγράψω ως αρνητικό ήταν πως δεν υπήρχε σαμπουάν ή αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο, παρά μόνο μικρά, συσκευασμένα σαπουνάκια.

Lo único que puedo calificar como negativo fue que no había champú ni gel de ducha en el baño, solo jabones pequeños envasados.

Great location, and appreciated having a concierge on duty all the time
Pros:

Good location and adequately kitted out kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony as it was quite private (no one looking across from other buildings) but it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby.
We would also like to thank the concierges who happily collected a delivery for us while we were out.

It was a bit noisy due to construction across the road.
Also the sheet covering the joined 3/4 beds did not fit well enough, so it kept shifting and exposing the mattress.

We've already recommended to friends staying at this boutique hotel. Loved it!

Fantastic location, walkable to a number of fun areas. We loved sitting on our balcony in the late afternoon - with the beautiful tree-lined street we felt like we were in a treehouse.

Clean and comfortable enough, but quite limited facilities in the room for any cooking or coffee.
Pros:

This was a week stay in the Palmera region of Buenos Aris. There was very limited ability to warm anything up in the room except by microwave. Also very few dishes provided and not a pinch of salt or anything similar, so you are going out for everything. There is no on-site restaurant. The location was great for exploring the area though. The Botanical gardens are a few blocks away, the Armenian square a few blocks in the other direction. Small shops for fruit, baked goods and minimarts abound. The walks through the streets with the canopies of trees are memorable. The area is quite safe for tourists wandering around, and there were many! The entrance is staffed full time. And they speak enough english we had no problems.

Cons:

No housekeeping during your 1 week stay, and 1 change of towels when you take yours down mid week. Just plan for it.
