Good breakfast choices. Convenient to airport. Friendly and helpful front desk.
Didn't care for room design: 1)Except for bathroom, no mirror in room - important to my wife who uses an electric hair curler in the morning (bathroom/mirror plug is for 'shavers only.'). 2)Sink design not good - didn't care for square flat-bottomed sink - didn't drain well. Sink plug was frozen and thus didn't work. 3)Shower cubicle was very slippery on floor. 4). Shower door didn't seal completely resulting in some water on the floor after showering. 5)Complicated light switches were a guessing game as to what switch to control a light. 6). Hotel needs, but doesn't have, a concierge for travel/airport issues. 7). Expensive, i.e $400 per night with not so desirable Euro conversion factor plus hotel's added 5% fees, for what you get.

Perfect place to stay when you have a layover in Lisbon. Staff is professional and friendly, the restaurant is good (same goes for the food in Portugal in general).

The room was very comfortable. Super large bathtub. Check in was super easy and the bar tenders are exceptional. Breakfast that is included had just about any option you could ask for.
