Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served from 4:00 until 10:30 in buffet at the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte and include regional and international cuisine. For a pre-dinner drink guests can head to the lounge bar located on the reception floor.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool will be closed between December and March.

Please note that pets are allowed to a maximum of 2 pets per room and 20 kg total weight combined. A supplement of EUR 35 will be charged per pet, per night. A security deposit will be requested to cover eventual damages caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

Airport transfer service is available from 04:00 to 00:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in.

Please note that children under 16 years are only allowed to use the Spa from 10:00 to 16:00.

A localização. O quarto também era agradável por dentro.

Cons:

Das portas dos quartos c lembram prisões. A cor das paredes no quarto. O facto de não terem kits com cotonetes, algodão que normalmente hotéis de 4 estrelas têm.

Pros:

Do conforto, do café da manhã, do atendimento na recepção, da localização. E dos mimos oferecidos no quarto como água, biscoitos e vinho. Para quem chega de viagem tarde é um alento.

Cons:

No chuveiro não foi possível usar a ducha do teto e a porta do box não fechava bem, molhando o piso ao usar o chuveiro.
Durante o café da manhã, uma criança jogou alimentos no chão, dificultando a passagem, com risco de escorregar e cair, e ninguém providenciou a limpeza.

Hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

O hotel é ao lado do aeroporto de Lisboa, o que beneficia quem faz conexões mais longas. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e cordiais. Café da manhã excelente, muita variedade. Tudo muito limpo.
