המקום עצמו במיקום טוב ונוח.

האמת שהתאכזבתי מאוד מהשהות שלי כאן. כבר כשנכנסתי לחדר היה נראה שהוא לא נוקה כמו שצריך לפני שהגעתי היו שיערות על הסדינים, הרצפה הייתה מלוכלכת ואפילו היה ג’וק בחדר. בנוסף, לא היו מים חמים להתקלח והדוש היה שבור מה שממש לא נעים כשמגיעים אחרי יום ארוך.

במהלך הלילה גם נעקצתי מספר פעמים, ויש לי חשד שמדובר בפשפשי מיטה. אמנם העבירו אותי לחדר אחר ביום למחרת, ועל זה אני מעריכה את הניסיון לעזור, אבל גם החדר החדש לא היה נקי ברמה שהייתי מצפה לה.

הכי מבאס זה שהגעתי מהצפון כחיילת בודדה לסופ”ש כדי לנוח וליהנות, ובמקום זה מצאתי את עצמי מתעסקת בתלונות, מעבר חדרים ובעיות ניקיון. פשוט חוויה לא נעימה בכל.

Pros:

По WhatsApp меня предупредили, что при заезде портье будет отсутствовать, написали инструкцию по заселению. Перед закрытым входом позвонили по указанному номеру телефона, нам назвали пароль для кодового замка, внутри взяли ключи от номера и от отеля. Необычно,но мне такое прогрессорство понравилось. Внутри тихо, спокойно, никакой суеты.
В номере чисто, кровать большая и удобная, вся техника работает хорошо.
Деньги списывают с карты, с этим никаких проблем. Залог вернули в день отъезда.

Для общения по телефону нужно знание английского, без этого будет сложно.
