Clean, organised, friendly and ideally placed with great facilities for families.
Pros:

The staff weee all friendly, professional, hard working and accommodating. The facilities were very clean. As for Candyland this was brilliant for kids. Overall we were very happy.

Cons:

We have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

It’s very good facilities especially if you have children. The food was varied but the quality was not the best
Pros:

Many options, but the sea are and beach were amazing

Cons:

The staff seemed overworked and non cheerful at all.
The a/c in our room wasn’t strong enough and although we complained about it, they couldn’t improve the cooling nor did they provide another room to replace it

Great family resort
Pros:

Excellent hotel with great facilities. The kids really enjoyed Candyland water park and themepark. Very friendly staff. Especially Mehmet Arsalan at the reception desk, Kunduz Maratova at Guest Relations, Kadriye Coskun at the shops, and Ozgur Yargi who helped with driving the cart. Great a la carte restaurants especially Il Forno with friendly staff. The best support was from Serhat Guclu at the night rides and the buffet.

Cons:

Price is a bit high because of the location.
