Pros:

What I like about Shilla Stay Dongtan is the location. Close to many bars and restaurants. Near enough to all my relevant business partners.

Breakfast buffet is very good, considering we are in Korea. Million times better than in the other big western hotel in Dongtan, which is in walking distance…

Cons:

As others mention, A/C does not work. There is zero change in room temperature regardless of settings on the A/C panel. This time it meant I was freezing in the room. Totally unacceptable. I should have demanded a refund.

Same freezing temperature in the breakfast room. Totally unbearable. So cold.

Pros:

The breakfast is truly a highlight. Also the staff is exceptional kind. This hotel is really good.

Cons:

In the shower there is no place to put shampoo or shower gel. Also the heating is strange( point it to the wall for warm water)
Finally the heating in the rooms are set to 26 and cannot be lowered.

Pros:

A very convinent and nice hotel. Has a decent free wi-fi service and it was very clean in the room which was very impressive. Storngly reccomended if you are visiting Dongtan area.
